New Delhi, 21 July (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP after the intense heat, due to this, the plants have to purchase the stock at the higher level. Here, the shrawani buying seems ongoing, due to this, the consumption of both butter and desi ghee showed uptrend. The stock of butter has been exporting constantly because the previous deals have been shipped constantly and the new stock of July has been shipping, but these shipments are remaining, due to this, there is a shortage of the stock, due to this, the market rose to Rs 9500/9700 per tin. The prices of desi ghee improved by Rs 20/25 per kg before one and a half month, now, the prices seems high in the manufacturing companies, in these circumstances, the market may increase after some time.

देसी घी-माल की कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 21 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में जबरदस्त गर्मी के बाद यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से प्लांटों को महंगा खरीदना पड़ रहा है। इधर श्रावणी की  लिवाली चल रही है, जिससे देसी घी और बटर की खपत बढ़ गई है। बटर निर्यात में भी जा रहा है, क्योंकि पहले के हुए सौदों के शिपमेंट होने हैं, नए सौदे जुलाई शिपमेंट के हुए हैं, जो अभी बाकी है, इसलिए माल की कमी में बाजार बढ़कर 9500/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। डेढ़ माह पहले 20-25 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी आ गई थी, अब इन भावों में भी निर्माता कंपनियों को पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार अभी ठहराव के बाद बढ़ जाएगा।

Milk powder: stock will self at every price

New Delhi, 21 July (NNS): the procurement of liquid milk reported to be difficult because of the shortage of supply in North India, due to this, the plants which are running, they are having to be offered higher incentive for milk procurement. Despite this, the good quality milk is not available leading to an increase in the production cost. On the other hand, the demand reported to be subdued, due to this, the market remainder stable at the same level. At present, the demand of milk powder reported to be limited i kon the Sravani month. Presently, the market remaining stable at the same level after the increment of one and a half month. However, the milk powder of the southern parts of the country has been selling at the higher level, due to this reason, the stock has not been arriving in the Northern parts of the country, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 315/328 per kg. Therefore, the prices may improve by Rs 50 per kg during the near future.

दूध पाउडर- सबका माल अपने भाव बिकेगा

नई दिल्ली, 21 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में भारी कमी से खरीद मुश्किल हो गई है, इसलिए जो प्लांट चल रहे हैं, उन्हें खरीद करने में इंसेंटिव ज्यादा देना पड़ रहा है। इसमें भी बढ़िया दूध नहीं मिल पा रहा है, इस वजह से उत्पादन लागत महंगी हो गई है। दूसरी तरफ मांग अनुकूल नहीं है, इसलिए बाजार एक महीने से ठहरे हुए हैं। अभी श्रावणी की दूध पाउडर की मांग सीमित दायरे में हो रही है। फिलहाल बाजार डेढ़ महीने पहले बढ़ने के बाद टिके हुए हैं। हालांकि इस बार साउथ का दूध पाउडर काफी महंगा बिक रहा है, इसलिए वह माल उत्तर भारत में नहीं आ रहा है। यही कारण है कि 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव चल रहे हैं। अत: ठहरकर 10 रुपए बढ़ने के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
