New Delhi, 16 July (NNS): Now, both the local and up country demand of milk powder showed improved trend because the temperature increases to around 40 degree Celsius from the last one week. The stock of milk powder has been exporting constantly from the last 2 days but the market seems affected because of the tightness of rupee in the markets. Here, the availability of liquid milk reported to be around 48/50 lakh litres on daily basis. Here, the consumption of milk powder should heavy increment because of the summer season, due to this reason, it is expected that the market may not show more downfall. The prices of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level in Tamilnadu and Maharashtra as compared to the same period of the previous year. Therefore, the companies are selling their spot stock at the higher prices. Now, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained firm at Rs 310/328 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की लोकल एवं चालानी मांग सुधर गई है, क्योंकि गत एक सप्ताह से मौसम का तापमान 40 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड के आसपास हो गया। दूध पाउडर निर्यात में 2 दिनों से जा रहा है, लेकिन बाजारों में रुपए की भी टाइटनेस का प्रभाव पड़ा है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि 48-50 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, इधर जबरदस्त गर्मी की खपत दूध पाउडर की बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण मानसिकता मंदे की नहीं है। तमिलनाडु महाराष्ट्र में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में काफी ऊंचे हैं। अत: कंपनियां बढ़ाकर हाजिर माल बेच रही हैं। अब प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गया है।

Desi ghee: possibility to improve by Rs 10 per tin

New Delhi, 16 July (NNS): the demand of both butter and desi ghee has been started increasing from the past 2 days, due to this, the market remained stable at the same level. On the other hand, the containers of butter are stucked at the Indian ports from the last one week and the new deals have been started, due to this, the exporters are purchasing the stock of butter, in this situation, the market will likely to remain high because of the export support along with both the local and up country demand. Presently, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 9500/9600 per tin, whereas, the companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 100/150 per quintal. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current prices. Now, both the stock of button and desi ghee has been started decreasing in the plants. The stockists are not facing risk in desi ghee at the current prices. However, the selling of best quality desi ghee gets affected because of the adulterated stock, but there is a shortage of butter 80/82 percent fats stock in the companies.

देसी घी-10 रुपए की बढ़त संभव

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) गत दो दिनों से बटर एवं देसी घी की मांग निकलने से बाजार पूर्ववत  बना हुआ है। दूसरी ओर भारतीय बंदरगाहों पर पिछले सप्ताह के रूके बटर  के कंटेनर फिर से निकलने लगे हैं, और नये सौदे भी होने लगी हैं, इसलिए निर्यातक बटर की खरीद करने लगे हैं। जिससे लोकल एवं दिसावरी मांग के साथ-साथ निर्यात का समर्थन मिलने से बाजार आगे चलकर और तेज लग रहा है। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 9500/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन बाजार में चल रहे हैं, जबकि कंपनियों में 100/150 रुपए ऊंचे चल रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में व्यापार में और लाभदायक लग रहा है। देसी घी एवं मक्खन का स्टाक प्लांटों में घटने लगा है। अभी भी वर्तमान भाव में स्टॉकिस्टों को देसी घी में रिस्क नहीं लग रहा है। हालांकि मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनीयों में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर स्टॉक में ज्यादा नहीं है।
