China is the biggest purchaser of Indian cumin, but it increase its own production from the last some time, due to this reason, the demand of Indian stock fell down by 50%. On seeing the higher prices of previous years, the farmers have increased its sowing, due to this, the arrivals of new stock has been started increasing in the market. Apart from this, old stock has been lying to both the traders and the stockists, due to this, that supply reported to be high and its demand seems weak. Both the domestic spice companies and processors are purchasing the stock as per their needs rather than storing the stock.

जीरा : बढ़ने की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) जीरे की कीमतों मे लगातार गिरावट के बाद आज भी डिब्बा मजबूत होने से एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव 200 रुपए बढ़कर 22200/22400 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। जीरे की कीमतों में टेंपरेरी तेजी आई है, मांग का समर्थन न मिलने से इसकी कीमतों में फिलहाल लंबी तेजी नहीं दिखाई दे रही हैं। चीन भारतीय जीरे का सबसे बड़ा खरीदार हुआ करता था, लेकिन पिछले कुछ समय में चीन ने अपना खुद का उत्पादन बढ़ा लिया है, जिसके कारण भारतीय जीरे की मांग में लगभग 50 प्रतिशत तक की भारी गिरावट देखने को मिली है। पिछले सालों के ऊंचे दामों को देखकर किसानों ने जीरे की खेती बढ़ाई है, जिससे मंडियों में नए माल की आवक लगातार बनी हुई है। इसके अलावा व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों के पास पुराना स्टॉक भी मौजूद है, जिससे बाजार में आपूर्ति अधिक और मांग सीमित है। घरेलू मसाला कंपनियों और प्रोसेसर्स द्वारा आक्रामक रूप से स्टॉक करने के बजाय सिर्फ अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार ही खरीदारी की जा रही है।

Red chilli : possibility to remain strong

Apart from this, the supply pressure will likely to remain constant in the market due to the summer vacations. The farmers have stored their stock in the cold storages in the expectations of good prices in the near future.

लालमिर्च : मजबूत बने रहने की संभावना

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) लालमिर्च की कीमतों में तेजी के बाद फिलहाल उठाव कमजोर पड़ने से इसमें सुस्ती का माहौल छाया हुआ है। हाल ही में इसमें 500 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप यहां 334 नंबर लालमिर्च 22500/23500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बिक रहे है। गुंटूर और वारंगल जैसी प्रमुख मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक पिछले वर्षों की तुलना में कम रही है। कुल स्टॉक का दबाव कम होने और पर्याप्त मात्रा में नई मिर्च मंडियों तक न पहुंचने के कारण खरीदार ऊंचे दामों पर भी माल उठाने को मजबूर हैं। इसके अलावा, गर्मियों के अवकाश के कारण मंडियों में सप्लाई का दबाव बना हुआ है। किसानों द्वारा आगे और अच्छे भाव मिलने की उम्मीद में अपना स्टॉक कोल्ड स्टोरेज में रोक कर रखा गया है।

Recently, use amount of stock has been importing in the recent months, in this situation, huge amount of stock has been lying in the domestic markets. The offtake of cloves reported to be weak as compared to the normal level in the wholesale markets, due to this reason, the traders are not purchasing the new stock at the higher prices. In these circumstances, there is no possibility of long increment in the prices during the coming days.

लौंग : सुस्त बनी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) लौंग की कीमतों में फिलहाल स्थिरता देखने को मिल रही है। यहां पर लौंग 765/815 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर स्थिर रहा। विदेशी बाजारों जैसे मेडागास्कर और इंडोनेशिया से आयात बढ़ने के कारण भारी मात्रा में माल अलग-अलग बंदरगाहों से घरेलू बाजारों में पहुंच रहा है, जिससे कीमतों पर दबाव बना हुआ है। हाल के महीनों में भारी मात्रा में आयात होने से घरेलू बाजारों में स्टॉक बढ़ गया है। थोक बाजारों में लौंग की सामान्य मांग के मुकाबले उठाव कुछ कमजोर बना हुआ है, जिसके कारण व्यापारी ऊंचे भाव पर नया स्टॉक खरीदने से बच रहे हैं। आगामी दिनों मे इसमें लंबी तेजी के आसार नहीं दिखाई दे रहे हैं।

Now, both the stockists and the big purchasers are purchasing the stock as per their needs. Recently, it’s prices slipped by Rs 50 per quintal, due to this, here, the prices of small cardamom 7.5 mm remained stable at Rs 2700/2850 per quintal. The arrivals of small cardamom showed up trend in the auction centres, due to this, the market reported to be sluggish. Apart from this, there is a lack of demand support. Presently, there is no wedding season and upcoming festival, due to this, the traders are purchasing less amount of stock. The export of small cardamom showd uptrend from the last some time, but the new demand of small cardamom reported to be normal in the international markets. The prices have not showed more increment on seeing the export demand.

छोटी इलायची : तेजी की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) छोटी इलायची की कीमतों में हाल ही में तेजी के बाद बाजार थोड़ा सुस्त पड़ा हुआ है। स्टॉकिस्ट और बड़े खरीदार इस समय केवल अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से ही माल खरीद रहे हैं। हाल ही में इसमें 50 रुपए की मंदी आई थी, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप यहां साढ़े सात एमएम के भाव 2700/2850 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुए हैं। नीलामी केंद्रों में छोटी इलायची की आवक बढ़ने से बाजार सुस्त बड़ा हुआ है, इसके अलावा इस समय ग्राहकी का समर्थन भी नहीं मिल रहा है। वर्तमान में कोई बड़ा त्योहारी या शादी का सीजन न होने के कारण व्यापारी कम मात्रा में खरीदारी कर रहे हैं। बीते कुछ समय में भारतीय छोटी इलायची के निर्यात में उछाल देखा गया था, लेकिन फिलहाल अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों से नई मांग सामान्य बनी हुई है। बहुत आक्रामक निर्यात मांग न होने के कारण भी कीमतों की रफ्तार थमी हुई है।

The buyers are avoiding accumulating large stocks until the demand for festivals and winters is met, in this situation, the prices will likely to remain under pressure. The production of black pepper reported to be sluggish in India, despite this, it’s prices have not showed uptrend because the consignment of cheaper rates reported to be constant in the pipeline from the other countries like Sri Lanka. Due to the sudden increment in the arrivals of black pepper in the markets, it’s prices showed nominal correct trend.

कालीमिर्च : लंबी तेजी के आसार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) कालीमिर्च की कीमतों में तेजी के बाद स्थिरता देखने को मिली है।हाल ही इसमें 5 रुपए की नरमी आई थी, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप यहां कालीमिर्च मरकरा 750/760 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर स्तर पर स्थिर रही। मसाला कारोबारियों, निर्यातकों और थोक खरीदारों की तरफ से फिलहाल नई खरीदारी बहुत सतर्कता के साथ हो रही है। जब तक त्योहारों और सर्दियों की मांग नहीं निकलती, तब तक खरीदार बड़े स्टॉक जमा करने से बच रहे हैं, जिससे कीमतों पर दबाव बना हुआ है। भारत में काली मिर्च का उत्पादन कम होने के बावजूद कीमतों में तेजी इसलिए नहीं आ पा रही है क्योंकि श्रीलंका और अन्य देशों से सस्ते आयात की खेप लगातार पाइपलाइन में बनी हुई है। मंडियों में अचानक आवक बढ़ने से भी भाव में हल्का करेक्शन आया है।

Huge amount of dry ginger stock has been lying in the markets, but the production of Ginger reported to be weak, due to this, appropriate amount of Ginger has not been available for the manufacturing of dry ginger, in this situation, it’s supply seems weak. Recently, it’s prices ascended by Rs 1000 per quintal, as a result, here, the stock of dry ginger is being traded at Rs 32500/33000 per quintal. The arrivals of new crop reported to be sluggish in the markets and limited amount of old stock has been lying to the traders and the stockists. On seeing the shortage of stock in the domestic markets, both the traders and the stockists are purchasing and hoarding the stock. They are gradually clearing old stock in anticipation of higher prices which is providing continuous support to the prices.

सौंठ : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) अदरक की कीमतों में तेजी के कारण सौंठ की कीमतों में मजबूती देखी जा रही है। सौंठ का स्टॉक मंडियो में अधिक है लेकिन अदरक का उत्पादन कम होने से सौंठ बनाने के लिए पर्याप्त मात्रा में ताज़ी अदरक उपलब्ध नहीं है, जिससे आपूर्ति कम हो रही है। हाल ही में इसकी कीमतों में 1000 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, इसके परिणामस्वरूप यहां सौंठ सामान्य 32500/33000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बिक रहे है। मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक कमजोर है, और व्यापारियों व स्टॉकिस्टों के पास पुराना स्टॉक भी सीमित मात्रा में ही बचा है। घरेलू मंडियों में माल की कमी को भांपते हुए बड़े व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों ने आक्रामक तरीके से खरीदारी और जमाखोरी शुरू कर दी है। वे ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में पुराना स्टॉक भी धीरे-धीरे निकाल रहे हैं, जिससे कीमतों को लगातार सपोर्ट मिल रहा है।

Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 50 per kg. Here, the prices of pistacho peshawari have been quoted at Rs 3300/3500 per piece. The wholesale traders have already purchased the stock at the higher prices whose selling seems weak. Now, the traders are constantly selling out there old stock rather than taking profit. There is a shortage of rupee in the market, due to which, the wholesale traders are not trading. Both the sweet makers and confectioners are using adulterated stock of pistachio rather than the pure form, due to this, the actual demand of the purchasers showed downfall.

पिस्ता : लंबी तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) पिस्ता की कीमतों में तेजी के बाद बाजार स्थिर देखने को मिल रहा है, क्योंकि इस समय हेराफेरी का माल आ रहा है। हाल ही में इसमें 50 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। यहां पर पेशावरी के भाव 3300/3500 रुपए प्रति किलो बोल रहे है। थोक व्यापारियों के पास पहले से ही ऊंचे दामों पर खरीदा हुआ भारी स्टॉक मौजूद है, जिसकी बिकवाली कम हो रही है। व्यापारी मुनाफे के बजाय अपना पुराना माल निकालने पर अधिक जोर दे रहे हैं। बाजारों में रुपये की भारी तंगी है, जिसके चलते थोक खरीदारों की भारी कमी है। मिठाइयों और हलवाइयों में असली पिस्ते के बजाय सस्ते विकल्पों को मिलावट कर धड़ल्ले से इस्तेमाल हो रहा है, जिससे थोक खरीदारों की वास्तविक मांग काफी घट गई है।
