New Delhi, 15 July (NNS): the prices of Desi ghee went up by Rs 250/300 per tin as compared to the same period of the previous year because this year the prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 4/5, due to this reason, the prices reported to be high for the companies. Apart from this, the companies started making the stock of button because some deals of previous days are pending for export. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk slipped by 5 lakh litres during the previous week. Here, the demand has been started for Shravani fair, due to this, the prices will likely to remain strong and it is expected that the prices of desi ghee may show increment after some days. Presently, the prices of premium quality Desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 9550/9750 per tin. Here, the prices of adulterated stock of basichi also ruling around Rs 6000/7000 per tin*

देसी घी-मंडियों में व्यापार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव 250/300 रुपए ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस बार 4/5 रुपए ऊंचे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अब पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि पिछले दिनों के निर्यात हुए सौदे कुछ पेंडिंग में हैं। दूसरी ओर गत सप्ताह 5 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर श्रावणी मेला हेतु मांग शुरू हो गई हैं, जिससे भावों में अकड़ बना हुआ है तथा कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं। इधर मिलावटी माल 6000/7000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।

Milk powder: shortage in spot trade

New Delhi, 15 July (NNS): the supply of raw milk went down to 45/50 lakh litres on daily basis in UP Haryana and Rajasthan, the production of milk powder expected to be around 570/580 metric tons. However, the demand from the dry fruits manufacturers and the liquid products manufacturer companies reported to be strong during the, but one to two companies are trading the premium quality milk powder at the lower level of Rs 300/305 per kg, due to this, the prices of milk powder of leader companies remained stable at the lower level of Rs 315/328 per kg. However, the buying of milk powder has been increasing at the current level in the southern parts of the country. On the other hand, the cow milk powder of Tamilnadu and Maharashtra has not been available at the sluggish rates, in these circumstances, the prices may increase after sometime.

दूध पाउडर- हाजिर व्यापार में कमी

नई दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा राजस्थान एमपी में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 45-50 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिससे 570-580 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन रह गया है। हालांकि उक्तावधि में मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की पकड़ मजबूत चल रही है, लेकिन पिछले दिनों एक-दो कंपनियों ने कुछ घटाकर दूध पाउडर 300/305 रुपए प्रति किलो में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का बेच दिया गया था, जिससे लीडर कंपनियों के भाव भी 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव सुस्ती लिए ठहर गए हैं। हालांकि साउथ में वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी घटाकर नहीं मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से कुछ दिन प्रतीक्षा के बाद ही तेजी लग रही है।
