New Delhi, 13 July (NNS): The trade of desi ghee gets adversely affected due to the war between Iran, Israel and America. The export of butter also seems weak. However, the production also showed downfall due to the higher prices, in these circumstances, the price of both desi ghee  and butter may not show more downfall.  The stock of butter declined by 22 percent in the plants of North India as compared to the same period of the previous year. The stucked containers of previous month has already been sold out during the previous month and the new shipments will not be delivery. The prices of premium quality desi ghee remained firm at Rs 9550/9750 per tin.

देसी घी- जंग शुरू से नेगेटिव व्यापार

नई दिल्ली, 13 जुलाई (एनएनएस) अमेरिका ईरान इजरायल युद्ध फिर शुरू होने का देसी घी के व्यापार पर निगेटिव प्रभाव रहेगा। बटर के निर्यात में धीमी गति मिलेगी। हालांकि उत्पादन पड़ते के अभाव में कम हो गया है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी एवं बटर में घटने की संभावना नहीं है। उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक, गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में 22 प्रतिशत कम है, पिछले महीने के फंसे बटर के कंटेनर निकल चुके हैं तथा नए शिपमेंट विराम लग जाएगा। देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पूरा सप्ताह टिका हुआ है।

Milk powder: will likely to remain weak

New Delhi, 13 July (NNS): The war between Iran and America has been started again, due to this, the export deals reported to be less as comparatively, due to this, the exporters are not purchasing the stock at the current prices and now, the weddings have been over, due to this reason, now, the prices will likely to remain stable at the same level. However, the dry fruits manufacturers are purchasing the stock at the current level. In contrary to this, the traders of south India are selling out their stock at the sluggish rates from the last three days, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 305/328 per kg. The cow milk powder of south India is being traded at Rs 280/290 per kg in the markets of North India.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन सुस्ती रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 13 जुलाई (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में  ईरान एवं अमेरिका के जंग फिर शुरू हो जाने से निर्यात के सौदे कम हो गए हैं। इसलिए वर्तमान के भाव में निर्यातक लिवाल नहीं हैं तथा अब शादियां बंद हो गई है, जिस कारण अभी ठहराव रहेगा। हालांकि दूध पाउडर वर्तमान भाव में मावा निर्माता खरीद रहे हैं। दूसरी गत तीन दिनों से दक्षिण भारत बिकवाली घटाकर नहीं आ रही है। जिस कारण दूध पाउडर के भाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 305/328 रुपए प्रति किलो टिके हुए हैं। दक्षिण भारत का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर 280/290 रुपए प्रति किलो आकर बिक रहा है।
