New Delhi, 06 July (NNS): during the review week, the supply of romil slipped by 5 lakh litres to 45/50 lakh litres on daily basis in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, due to this, the production of milk powder reported to be around 570/580 metric tonnes. However, the demand of dry fruits manufacturers and liquid manufacturing companies reported to be strong in the review period, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 315/328 per kg. On the other hand, that’s traders of Southern parts of the country started purchasing the stock at the current level. In contrary to this, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and tamilnadu have been ruling at the higher level, on seeing these circumstances, the prices may increase after sometime.

दूध पाउडर- तेजी हेतु इंतजार करना पड़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 6 जुलाई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह यूपी हरियाणा राजस्थान एमपी में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 5 लाख लीटर और घटकर 45-50 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे 570-580 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन रह गया है। हालांकि उक्तावधि में मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव मजबूती लिए ठहर गए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से कुछ दिन इंतजार के बाद तेजी ही लग रही है।

Desi ghee: lack of demand

New Delhi, 06 July (NNS): the prices of Desi ghee increased by Rs 250/300 per tin as compared to the same period of the previous year because this year the prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 5/6, due to this reason, it’s prices seems high for the companies. Now, the companies are constantly producing the butter stock because of its good export demand. On the other hand, the supply of Desi ghee went down by 5/7 lakh litres during the previous year and today, it’s supply declined by 2/3 lakh litres. Here, the wedding season has been started, due to this, the market showed strong Trend and the prices of Desi ghee may increase after sometime. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee has been selling at Rs 9550/9750 per tin. Here, the adulterated stock also ruling between Rs 6000/7000 per tin as per the quality in the godown reach.

देसी घी- ग्राहकी का सन्नाटा

नई दिल्ली, 6 जुलाई (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव 250/300 रुपए ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस बार 5-6 रुपए ऊंचे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अब पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि निर्यात मांग अच्छी है। दूसरी ओर गत सप्ताह 5-7 लाख लीटर एवं आज 2-3 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर शादियां शुरू चल रही हैं, जिससे बाजार में अकड़ बना हुआ है तथा कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं। इधर मिलावटी माल 6000/7000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।
