New Delhi, 01 July (NNS): The consumption of liquid milk and skimmed milk reported to be high during the previous month due to the increment in the temperature, due to this, a company of UP have increased the prices by Rs 15 per kg. The companies of North India are quoting the prices of milk powder at Rs 315/328 per kg. Now, both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder seems weak as comparatively and the production cost seems high, due to this, the market remained stable at the same level. On the other hand, nominal amount of cow milk powder of South India has been purchased by the exporters at the current prices. Notably, the milk powder of South India have been ruling at the higher level this year, there, the old stock has been delivering and the consumption will likely to remain high in the first week of July. Now, the exporters are taking enquiries from the companies, due to this, the market will likely to remain high. The export gets affected due to the war in Israel and Iran in the international markets, but there, the loading of the stock showed improved trend from Maharashtra due to the increment in the prices, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may improve by Rs 10 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-अकड़ बरकरार रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 1 जुलाई (एनएनएस) पिछले महीने गर्मी से लिक्विड दूध एवं स्कीम्ड मिल्क पाउडर की खपत बढ़ जाने से यूपी की एक कंपनी ने 15 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव बढ़ा दिए थे। उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों द्वारा दूध पाउडर  315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर बोला जा रहा हैं। इस समय लोकल एवं चालानी मांग में अपेक्षाकृत कम है, तथापि उत्पादन लागत महंगा होने से बाजार पूर्व तेज है। उधर निर्यातक दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर वर्तमान भाव में छिटपुट खरीद कर रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि इस बार दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, वहां पहले के सौदों की डिलीवरी चल रही है तथा अब जुलाई के पहले सप्ताह में खपत कुछ अधिक होने वाली है, अभी कंपनियों से निर्यातक भी पूछपरख करने लगे हैं, इसलिए यहां से और तेजी लग रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ईरान इजरायल जंग से निर्यात प्रभावित रहा है, लेकिन वहां भाव बढ़ जाने से महाराष्ट्र के माल की लोडिंग सुधर गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव 10 रुपए सकते हैं।

Desi ghee: no risk in the trade

New Delhi, 01 July (NNS): Here, the companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee at an under rate of Rs 9450/9650 per tin, whereas, the companies are selling their stock at Rs 9550/9750 per quintal and the stockists are not trading the stock at the current level. However, almost 70 percent of the liquid milk showed downfall, due to this, the market may likely to remain high for some days, but there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. Here, the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets and the adulterants are selling their at any rate.

देसी घी-व्यापार में रिस्क नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 जुलाई (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में यहां 9450/9650 रुपए प्रति टीन पर बाजार में बिक रहे है, जबकि कंपनियां 9550/9750 रुपए तक ऊपर में बोल रही है, इन भावों में स्टॉकिस्ट नहीं आ रहे हैं। हालांकि अब लिक्विड दूध 70 प्रतिशत घट गया है, इसलिए कुछ दिन बाद यहां से तेज रहेगा, लेकिन लंबी तेजी आने में थोड़ा समय लग सकता है। इधर मिलावटी करने वाले पूरी तरह खपत वाले उद्योगों में छा गए हैं, किसी भी ब्रांड को बनाकर बेच दे रहे हैं।
