New Delhi, 30 June (NNS): the supply of liquid milk showed downfall due to the intense heat, due to this, it’s prices improved by Re 1/2 to Rs 62/63 per litre. On the other hand, the export demand of both butter and desi ghi reported to be high, due to this, there is a lack of arrival pressure of ready stock to the companies, as a result, the companies have increase the prices of premium quality desi ghee by Rs 150 to Rs 9600/9700 per quintal in the previous month, whereas, the stock has been available at an under rate of Rs 100 per quintal. Here, the sample past stock is being available at Rs 8300/8400 per quintal and the prices of liquid milk may gain by Rs 150 per quintal after sometime due to the shortage of liquid milk. On the other hand, the wedding consumption also reported to be high, in these circumstances, the procurement of desi ghee reported to be good for the storage and the sale.

देसी घी-यहां से फिर भाव बढ़ेंगे

नई दिल्ली, 30 जून (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति जबरदस्त गर्मी के चलते घटने से उत्तर भारत में एक-दो रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़कर दूध के भाव 62/63 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं। दूसरी ओर बटर एवं देसी घी दोनों के निर्यात मांग बढ़ने से कंपनियों के पास तैयार माल का प्रेशर कम हो गया है। वही कारण है कि कंपनियों द्वारा पिछले माह में 150 रुपए टीन बढ़ाकर देसी घी के भाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9600/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन कर दिया, जबकि बाजार में 100 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। यहां सैंपल पास माल 8300/8400 रुपए तथा थोड़ा ठहरकर लिक्विड दूध की कमी को देखते हुए 150 रुपए प्रति टीन की और तेजी लग रही है। वहीं शादियों की खपत भी खपत बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में स्टॉक एवं बिक्री हेतु खरीद बढ़िया लग रहा है।

Milk powder: prices will increase after sometime

New Delhi, 30 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to busy in the plants of North India, due to this reason, the plants are doing competitive buying, as a result, the prices of liquid milk improved by Re 1 to Rs 62/63 per litre. Here, the demand has been started increasing in milk powder, due to this, the companies have increased the prices by Rs 10 to Rs 315/328 per kg due to the increment in the demand, whereas, the prices remained stable at the same level in June. On the other hand, the prices of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level in the markets of North India, due to this, the stock of milk powder has been exporting or selling out to the market of Eastern India, in this situation, here, the demand of this stock seems high. The all round buying of milk powder reported to be good from the liquid manufacturing companies. However, the demand of dry fruits and paneer may increase in the near future because the wedding season will start from 15 June. In these situations, it is expected that the prices of milk powder may improve by Rs 10 per kg and it’s prices will likely to remain good. Apart from this, the stock of whet powder and maltodextrin is being available at Rs 230/240 per kg in the markets.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 30 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर काफी कम रह गई है, जिस कारण प्लांट को खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है। फलत: लिक्विड दूध एक रुपए बढ़कर 62/63 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक कंपनियों ने खरीद की। इधर दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी निकलने से बीते माह कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए बढ़ाकर 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो कर दिए थे, जबकि जून में स्थिरता रही है। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले की अपेक्षा उत्तर भारत में आकर महंगे पड़ रहे हैं, इसलिए दूध पाउडर वहां से यहां आने की बजाय निर्यात में एवं पूर्वी भारत में चला जा रहा है, जिससे यहां के मालों की कदर बढ़ गई है। गर्मी से चौतरफा पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की अच्छी वाली चल रही है। हालांकि शादियों में मावा पनीर की खपत कुछ दिनों में बढ़ जाएगी, क्योंकि 15 जून से शादियां चल रही हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी लग रही है तथा दूरगामी परिणाम और बढ़िया लग रहा है। वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 230/240 रुपए से कम में बेचू नहीं आ रहे हैं।
