New Delhi, 29 June (NNS): Both the local and a country demand of milk powder showed uptrend because the temperature has crossed 44 degree Celsius from the last one week. The stock of milk powder has been exporting constantly, but there is a effect of tightness of rupee in the markets. Here, the availability of liquid milk reported to be around 48-50 lakh litres on daily basis. Here, the consumption of kharif season showed uptrend, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder have been increasing constantly. The demand of milk powder reported to be at the higher level in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra along with the exporters of milk powder from the cooperatives of plants and cooperatives of Maharashtra as compared to the same period of the previous year. Therefore, the companies are selling their stock at the higher level. Now, the prices of premium quality milk powder also remained stable at Rs 315/328 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-आगे 20 रुपए उछल जाएगा

नई दिल्ली, 29 जून (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की लोकल एवं चालानी मांग चौतरफा बढ़ गई है, क्योंकि गत एक सप्ताह से मौसम का तापमान 42 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड को पार कर गया। दूध पाउडर निर्यात में जा रहा है, लेकिन बाजारों में रुपए की भी टाइटनेस का प्रभाव पड़ा है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि 48-50 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, इधर जबरदस्त गर्मी की खपत दूध पाउडर की बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण मानसिकता और तेजी की बनने लगी है। महाराष्ट्र के प्लांटों एवं तमिलनाडु कोऑपरेटिव से निर्यातकों की दूध पाउडर मांग के साथ-साथ तमिलनाडु महाराष्ट्र में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में काफी ऊंचे हैं। अत: कंपनियां बढ़ाकर हाजिर माल बेच रही हैं। अब प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गया है।

Desi ghee: prices may improve by 10 per kg

New Delhi, 29 June (NNS): The prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level due to the increased demand of butter and desi ghee during the previous week. On the other hand, the previous stucked containers of butter and desi ghee have been started shipping out and the new deals seems constant, due to this reason, the exporters started purchasing the stock at the current level, due to this reason, the market may increase due to the support of export along with the local and upcountry demand. Presently, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 9600/9750 per tin, whereas, the prices rose by 100 per quintal. Therefore, the trade will be profitable at the current level. The stock of both desi ghee and butter have been started decreasing in the plants. Stockists still do not perceive an to risk in the trade of desk ghee at the current rates. However, the adulterated stock of ghee I creating a lot of problems in the selling of best quality desi ghee, but there is a shortage of butter stock of 80/82 percent fats in the companies and the production of desi ghee short downfall in the plants during the July month, due to this reason, it is expected that the prices may improve by  Rs 10 per kg.

देसी घी-10 रुपए की बढ़त संभव

नई दिल्ली, 29 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह बटर एवं देसी घी की मांग निकलने से बाजार पूर्ववत तेज बना हुआ है। दूसरी ओर भारतीय बंदरगाहों पर पहले के रूके बटर एवं देसी घी के कंटेनर फिर से शिपमेंट होने लगे हैं, और नये सौदे भी होने लगी हैं, इसलिए निर्यातक बटर की खरीद करने लगे हैं। जिससे लोकल एवं दिसावरी मांग के साथ-साथ निर्यात का समर्थन मिलने से बाजार आगे चलकर और तेज लग रहा है। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 9600/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन बाजार में चल रहे हैं, जबकि कंपनियों में 100 रुपए ऊंचे चल रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में व्यापार में और लाभदायक लग रहा है। देसी घी एवं मक्खन का स्टाक प्लांटों में घटने लगा है। अभी भी वर्तमान भाव में स्टॉकिस्टों को देसी घी में रिस्क नहीं लग रहा है। हालांकि मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनीयों में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर स्टॉक में ज्यादा नहीं है तथा प्लांटों में उत्पादन जुलाई माह में और घट जाएगा, जिस कारण अब 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की चाल आ सकती है।
