New Delhi, 25 June (NNS): The availability of liquid milk has been started decreasing constantly in the producing areas like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The new season will likely to arrive after four months and the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, the milk powder is being purchase at the lower level from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. There is a lack of arrival pressure in all the plants of North India. On the other hand, the cooperatives are not selling the stock at the lower level and the sale seems weak in tender, in these circumstances, there is no risk in the trade at Rs 315/328 per kg and the market may increase during the coming days.

नई दिल्ली, 25 जून (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश सभी उत्पादक राज्यों में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि निरंतर घटती जा रही है। नया सीजन आने में अभी 4 महीने से अधिक का समय बाकी है, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में दूध पाउडर के ऊंचे भाव चल रहे हैं, जिससे निर्यातक महाराष्ट्र तथा तमिलनाडु के सस्ते पाउडर खरीद रहे हैं। उत्तर भारत में इस बार किसी भी प्लांट में स्टॉक का प्रेशर नहीं है। उधर कोआपरेटिव्स भी भाव हटाकर बिकवाल इस बार नहीं हैं, टेंडर में बिक्री कोई विशेष नहीं है, इन सारी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो का दूध पाउडर में रिस्क नहीं लग रहा है तथा कुछ दिन ठहरकर बाजार फिर बढ़ जाएगा।

Desi ghee: fats prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets

New Delhi, 25 June (NNS):  The supply of liquid milk reduced to 50 lakh litres due to the nirjala ekadshi in North India and the companies are purchasing the stock at 63 per litre, but the stock has not been available as per the capacity to the big companies, due to this reason, the sale seems weak, despite this, the prices of premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 9550/9750 per quintal. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, the export demand of butter has been started increasing. Apart from this, the stock of desi ghee has been selling out to the other countries along with Thailand, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices and the traders are getting profit at the current level.
