New Delhi, 23 June (NNS): The temperature in North India increased to 43/44 degree Celsius, due to this, there is a lack of availability of liquid milk, due to this, the production of milk powder showed downfall. On the other hand, the consumption of milk powder increased by 5/6 percent for making of liquid milk during the review period, due to this reason, its prices have been ruling between Rs 315/328 per kg. The milk powder of the southern parts of the country have been ruling at the higher level, due to this, the stock has not been available to the federation, due to this, the prices showed strong trend. The prices of milk powder may gain by Rs 15/20 per kg during the near future.

दूध पाउडर- जड़ में मंडा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 23 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में मौसम का तापमान 43-44 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड हो गया है, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में भारी कमी हो जाने से दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घट गया। दूसरी ओर उक्त अवधि के अंतराल 5-6 प्रतिशत दूध पाउडर की खपत लिक्विड दूध बनाने में बढ़ गया। इस वजह से इसके भाव 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच तेजी लिए चल रहे हैं। साउथ का दूध पाउडर महंगा होने के साथ-साथ फेडरेशन के पास माल नहीं होने से अकड़ बरकरार रही है। आगे भी दूध पाउडर में 15-20 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी लग रही है।

Desi ghee: shortage of both stock and demand

Notably, the plants are constantly exporting the butter stock because the prices of butter have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this reason, it is being traded at $5560/5590 per tonne, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee also gained by Rs 150/200 per tin.

देसी घी- स्टाक व ग्राहक दोनों कम

नई दिल्ली, 23 जून (एनएनएस) देशी घी के प्लांट काफी बंद हो गए हैं, जिससे बटर का भी उत्पादन कम रह गया है। देसी घी पहले से ही शॉर्टेज में है, इस वजह से इसके भाव 9600/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर बहुत ऊंचे हो गए हैं। गौरतलब है कि प्लांटों के पास जो बटर स्टॉक में पड़ा है, उसका निर्यात तेजी से हो रहा है, क्योंकि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से 5560-5590 डॉलर प्रति टन तक व्यापार सुना जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में अभी 150/200 रुपए प्रति टीन की शीघ्र और तेजी लग रही है।
