New Delhi, 22 June (NNS):  The prices of premium quality milk powder remained steady at Rs 315/328 per kg due to the increment in the export and upcountry demand along with the weak producing in the plants during the previous week. The inferior quality stock of maltodextrin and whey powder also quoting at Rs 230/240 per kg. The consumption of liquid milk showed uptrend for weddings during the review week. Here, the consumption of milk powder seems high due to the increment in the temperature. On seeing the further consumption of wedding season, the prices of milk powder may increase. The consuming industries are doing competitive buying at the current level and the exporters started purchasing the stock because their stock of May shipments has already been sold out.

दूध पाउडर- मंदे का कोई लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 22 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घटने एवं निर्यात व चालानी मांग निकलने से प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गये हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 230/240 रुपए तक बोले गए। आलोच्य सप्ताह शादियों की लिक्विड दूध की खपत बढ़ गई है। इधर तापमान बढ़ने से भी अधिक खपत में वृद्धि हुई। आगे शादियों के सीजन में खपत को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में और तेजी दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान भाव में खपत वाले उद्योगों की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीद चल रही है तथा निर्यातक माल पकड़ने लगे हैं, क्योंकि उनके माल मई शिपमेंट के बिके हुए हैं।

Desi ghee: shortage of both butter and desi ghee

New Delhi, 22 June (NNS):  The production of both desi ghee and butter showed downfall as comparatively in the plants of North India during the previous week. On the other hand, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets and the season is off, due to  this, the demand has been started increasing from the companies, due to which, the prices of desi ghee went up to Rs 9500/9750 per tin, whereas, the same stock reduced by Rs 100 per quintal in the markets. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets and GC testing is important rather than RM testing to control the adulteration, due to this reason, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed uptrend and the plants are running with pressure. The prices of liquid milk went up to Rs 61/63 per litre during the previous days, due to this, the procurement of liquid milk showed uptrend. The temperature seems high from the last some days and there will be the competitive in the procurement of liquid milk owing to the increment in the temperature. Therefore, the prices of desi ghee may increase by Rs 10 per kg during the coming days.

देसी घी- मक्खन एवं घी की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 22 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन व देशी घी का उत्पादन अपेक्षाकृत काफी कम हो गया, उधर सीजन ऑफ एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों में मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9500/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इसमें मिलावट को रोकने के लिए आर एम टेस्टिंग की बजाय गैस क्रोमेटोग्राफी (जीसी) की टेस्टिंग जरूरी है, इसी से मिलावट रुकेगी। जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़कर 61/63 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद बढ़ गई है। कुछ दिनों से मौसम का तापमान काफी बढ़ा हुआ है, आगे चलकर गरमी से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी। अत: दशी घी के भाव 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और जल्दी बढ़ सकते हैं।
