New Delhi, 18 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced to 55/60 lakh litres on daily basis in North India due o the increment in the temperature, due to this reason, the price of milk powder showed strong trend after the increment in the wholesale consumption. The demand of milk powder may increase from both the liquid manufacturers and the dry fruits manufacturers for wedding season. Here, the plants are purchasing the higher prices of liquid milk, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder have been ruling at Rs 315/328 per kg and its prices may rose by Rs 10 per kg during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अब खरीदते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 18 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में मौसम गरम होते ही लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 55-60 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिस कारण थोक में खपत बढ़ते ही दूध पाउडर के भाव अकड़ गए हैं। गर्मी एवं शादियों हेतु पेय पदार्थ तथा मावा निर्माताओं की मांग भी चालू सप्ताह में बढ़ गई है। इधर प्लांटों महंगा लिक्विड दूध खरीदना पड़ रहा है। इस वजह से वर्तमान भाव में जो दूध पाउडर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं, आगे चलकर 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी आ सकती है।

Desi ghee: problem due to the adulteration

The companies started storing the stock of desi ghee and butter, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the plants, along with this, the plants are directly selling the stock in the distributive markets, due to this reason, the superior quality desi ghee manufacturers are creating a lot of problems. Here, the prices of desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9650/9750 per quintal. The arrivals of liquid milk showed downfall during the last three days, on seeing this, the production seems weak along with this, its production cost showed uptrend, in these circumstances, the consumption demand has been started increasing for butter and desi ghee. Therefore, the market may increase during the near future.

देसी घी-मिलावट से परेशानी

नई दिल्ली, 18 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 55-60 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है। कंपनियां देसी घी व मक्खन का स्टॉक कुछ रोकने में लगी हुई हैं, जिस कारण देसी घी बाजार में ऊंचे वहां पर व्यापार हो रहा है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, साथ ही साथ प्लांटों से सीधे व्यापार वितरक मंडियों में हो रहे हैं। इस वजह से बढ़िया देसी की निर्माताओं को परेशानी हो रही है। यहां लिक्विड दूध घटने से चालू सप्ताह बाजार बढ़कर 9650/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन बिक रहा है। आगे जिस हिसाब से लिक्विड दूध की आवक तीन दिनों के अंतराल कंपनियों में घटी है, उसे देखते हुए उत्पादन में कमी होने के साथ-साथ लागत आगे बढ़ जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों में मक्खन एवं देसी घी के खपत मांग निकलने लगी है, अत: बाजार आगे तेज लग रहा है।
