New Delhi, 15 June (NNS): The production of desi ghee showed downfall in the plants of North India during the previous week, due to this, the prices of premium quality and sample pass stock also ruling at Rs 9600/9750 and Rs 8200/8400 per quintal respectively. Currently, the prices of liquid milk is being purchased at Rs 61/63 per litre. The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 55/60 lakh litres on daily basis amid off-season. The prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 5 per litre as compared to the previous year.  Here, the export loading of butter showed uptrend, but the best manufacturers are facing a lot of problems because the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the plants. This adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly at every rate for the consumption at the cemeteries and the Prasad of the temples. Therefore, the government should have to conduct the raids at both the aforementioned locations. On the other hand, GC testing is important to control the adulteration in desi ghee.

देसी घी – मिलावटी माल की बिक्री धड़ल्ले से

नई दिल्ली, 15 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह देसी घी का उत्पादन उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में घट जाने से मजबूती लिए प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9600/9750 रुपए तथा सैंपल पास 8200/8400 रुपए हो गए हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस समय 61/63 रुपए प्रति लीटर के ऊंचे भाव में खरीदना पड़ रहा है। सीजन ऑफ होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति  55-60 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है। पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध के 5 रुपए प्रति लीटर ऊंचे चल रहे है। इधर बटर, निर्यात में काफी लोडिंग बढ़ गई है, लेकिन मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं को परेशानी झेलनी पड़ रही है। यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर खपत हेतु धड़ल्ले से मुंह मांगे भाव पर बिक रहे हैं। अत: सरकार को उक्त दोनों जगह पर छापेमारी करनी चाहिए। वहीं मिलावटी देसी घी को रोकने के लिए जीसी टेस्टिंग जरूरी है।

Milk powder: possibility to increase

New Delhi, 15 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk has been decreasing constantly during the previous week, due to this, the companies have purchased the stock of best quality milk at Rs 63 per litre. We believe that the production of liquid milk reported to be around 26.5 crore tonnes due to the unfavourable weather conditions which is 2.5/3 percent higher than the same period. This time, the supply of liquid milk showed downfall due to the increment in the temperature. On the other hand, the market showed internal strong trend owing to the good buying from the food manufacturing companies. Huge amount of milk powder stock has been lying in most of the companies, but the market may increase on seeing the further consumption. The extra consumption of liquid milk has been increasing for the weddings during the current week and the consumption of milk powder may increase in future. The export of milk powder gets support as there is a possibility of increment in the war between Iran and Israel. On seeing the domestic consumption, the prices of milk powder have been ruling between Rs 315/328 per kg and it may improve by Rs 10 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- बढ़ने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 15 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से बढ़िया दूध 63 रुपए प्रति लीटर में कंपनियों में खरीद हो रही है। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार मौसम अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन इस बार 26.5 करोड़ टन हुआ है, जो गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा ढाई-तीन करोड़ टन अधिक है। इस समय गर्मी बढ़ने से एक तरफ लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है। वहीं खाद्य पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की अच्छी लिवाली चलने से बाजार अंदर से मजबूत हो गया है। अधिकतर प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक पड़ा है, लेकिन आगे खपत को देखते हुए यहां से बाजार तेज लग रहा है। चालू सप्ताह में लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत शादियों हेतु बढ़ने वाली है, आगे दूध पाउडर की खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। ईरान इजरायल युद्ध सुलझने के अंदेसे निर्यात हेतु सपोर्ट मिल रहा है, घरेलू खपत को देखते हुए जो दूध पाउडर 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें एक बार 10 रुपए बढ़ने की संभावना है।
