New Delhi, 04 June (NNS): The prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level as compared to the same period of the previous year, but the prices of liquid milk have been ruling at the higher level, due to this reason, the stock has not been available at the higher level. The companies started purchasing the stock of butter because the export demand reported to be good. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk reduced by 20 lakh litres and today, it went down by 5/6 lakh litres on daily basis. Here, the weddings will likely to start soon, due to which, the market may show uptrend day by day and the prices of desi ghee may increase after some days. Presently, the premium quality desi  ghee is being traded at Rs 9550/9750 per tin and its prices  may show uptrend during the near future. Here, the adulterated stock also being traded at Rs 7500/8200 per tin as per the quality  in the godown reach.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 4 जून (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव लगभग बराबर ही चल रहे हैं, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस पर ऊंचे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अब पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि निर्यात मांग अच्छी है। दूसरी ओर गत सप्ताह 20 लाख लीटर एवं आज 5-6 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर शादियां शुरू होने वाली है, जिससे बाजार दिन प्रतिदिन और तेज होने वाले हैं तथा कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी आगे चलकर तेजी आ सकती है। इधर मिलावटी माल 7500/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।

Milk powder: prices m ay increase after some time

New Delhi, 04 June (NNS): The supply of raw milk dropped down to 65/70 lakh litres in North India during the last three days, due to this reason, the production of milk powder reported to be around 600/610 lahk metric tonnes. Notably, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 315/328 per kg due to the strong demand from the dry fruits manufacturers and the liquid products manufacturing companies. On the other hand, the buying seems constant in the south. In contrary to this, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu is being available at the higher level, on seeing these circumstances, the market may likely to increase during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर फिर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 4 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ती पिछले तीन दिनों से घटकर 65-70 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे 600-610 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन रह गया है। गौरतलब है कि 2-3 दिनों से मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव तेजी लिए ठहर गए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से फिर तेजी ही लग रही है।
