New Delhi, 01 June (NNS): The consumption of desi ghee gained by 7 percent from the last 5/6 days due to the increment in the temperature. We believe that less amount of stock has been selling out for the extra consumption, but the consumption of desi ghee showed uptrend and the stock of butter has also exporting constantly. Here, the weddings will likely to start after 10 days, due to this reason, the companies are quoting its prices at the higher level of Rs 9550/9750 per tin. Apart from this, it is being traded at an under rate of Rs 100 per tin, but the companies are not purchasing the stock at the current level, on seeing this, the prices of desi ghee may show again increment. The adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets, but the current consumption shows that it does not that much affected.

देसी घी-बटर में निर्यातक लिवाल

नई दिल्ली, 1 जून (एनएनएस) मौसम का तापमान बढ़ने से देसी घी की खपत में 7 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि 5-6 दिनों के अंतराल हुई है। हम मानते हैं कि लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत में कुछ कम जा रहा है, लेकिन देसी घी की खपत में वृद्धि हुई है, बटर भी निर्यात में जा रहा है। इधर शादियां 10 दिन बाद शुरू हो जाएगी, जिस कारण 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर कंपनियां तेज बोल रही हैं। बाजार में 100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट माल जरूर बिक रहा है, लेकिन कंपनियां बिकवाल नहीं हैं, इसे देखते हुए देसी घी में फिर से तेजी लग रही है। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन उसका प्रभाव खपत को देखते हुए कम पड़ रहा है।

Milk powder: prices may increase after some time

New Delhi, 01 June (NNS): The temperature has been increasing intermittently in North India, due to this, the extra consumption of liquid milk increased by 10 percent. Here, the supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the plants, due to this, less amount of plants are running currently, due to this reason, the market remained stable at Rs 315/328 per kg after the uptrend in the prices during the previous days. This year, the stock of milk powder has not been arrived in North India from the Southern parts of the country, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of downfall in the prices at the current level, but it is expected that the prices may improve by Rs 10 per kg during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-थोड़ी ठहर कर तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 1 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में रुक रुक कर मौसम का तापमान अधिक हो जाने से लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत में 10 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में घट जाने से अधिकतर प्लांट कम चल  रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि पिछले दिनों की आई तेजी के बाद बाजार 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गए हैं। दक्षिण भारत से इस बार उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर नहीं आ रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, लेकिन थोड़ा ठहर कर फिर 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी आ जाएगी।
