New Delhi, 21 May (NNS): The market of desi ghee showed uptrend due to the increment in the demand from both desi ghee and butter. On the other hand, previously stalled containers of butter and desi ghee at Indian ports have started moving again, and new export deals are also taking place. As a result, exporters started purchasing the stock at the current level. Due to support from local and upcountry demand along with export, the market expected to increase in future. Currently, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling around Rs 9600/9750 per tin, while companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 100 per tin. Therefore, trading at the current price levels still appears profitable. The stock of both desi ghee and butter have also started decreasing in the plants. Even now, stockists do not see much risk in holding desi ghee at present prices. Although adulterated ghee is creating difficulties for the sale of premium-quality desi ghee, but the companies do not have large stocks of 80–82 percent fat butter. Moreover, the production of desi ghee may show downfall in future, due to this reason, it is expected that the prices of desi ghee may improve by Rs 10 per kg.

देसी घी- 10 रुपए की बढ़त संभव

नई दिल्ली, 21 मई (एनएनएस) बटर एवं देसी घी की मांग निकलने से बाजार तेजी की ओर बना हुआ है। दूसरी ओर भारतीय बंदरगाहों पर पहले के रूके बटर एवं देसी घी के कंटेनर फिर से शिपमेंट होने लगे हैं, और नये सौदे भी होने लगी हैं, इसलिए निर्यातक बटर की खरीद करने लगे हैं। जिससे लोकल एवं दिसावरी मांग के साथ-साथ निर्यात का समर्थन मिलने से बाजार आगे चलकर और तेज लग रहा है। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 9600/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन बाजार में चल रहे हैं, जबकि कंपनियों में 100 रुपए ऊंचे चल रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में व्यापार में और लाभदायक लग रहा है। देसी घी एवं मक्खन का स्टाक प्लांटों में घटने लगा है। अभी भी वर्तमान भाव में स्टॉकिस्टों को देसी घी में रिस्क नहीं लग रहा है। हालांकि मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनीयों में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर स्टॉक में ज्यादा नहीं है तथा प्लांटों में उत्पादन चालू माह में और घट जाएगा, जिस कारण अब 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की चाल आ सकती है।

Milk powder: prices may jumped amid continuous consumption

New Delhi, 21 May (NNS): Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder showed uptrend because temperatures crossed 46°C after the first half of the week. Milk powder exports are also reported to be continuous, although the market is being affected by tight liquidity conditions. Meanwhile, the availability of liquid milk has declined to around 70–75 lakh liters per day. At the same time, the intense summer heat has significantly boosted the consumption of milk powder, due to this reason, the market may show bullish trend. Exporters are actively demanding milk powder from Maharashtra plants and Tamil Nadu cooperatives, while prices in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra are considerably higher compared to the same period of the last year. Therefore, companies are selling spot stock at the increased prices. Now, the premium-quality milk powder has now stabilized at around Rs 315/328 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-खपत से उछल जाएगा

नई दिल्ली, 21 मई (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की लोकल एवं चालानी मांग चौतरफा बढ़ गई है, क्योंकि सप्ताह के पूर्वार्ध के बाद मौसम का तापमान 46 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड को पार कर गया। दूध पाउडर निर्यात में जा रहा है, लेकिन बाजारों में रुपए की भी टाइटनेस का प्रभाव पड़ा है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि 70-75 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, इधर जबरदस्त गर्मी की खपत दूध पाउडर की बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण मानसिकता और तेजी की बनने लगी है। महाराष्ट्र के प्लांटों एवं तमिलनाडु कोऑपरेटिव से निर्यातकों की दूध पाउडर मांग के साथ-साथ तमिलनाडु महाराष्ट्र में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में काफी ऊंचे हैं। अत: कंपनियां बढ़ाकर हाजिर माल बेच रही हैं। अब प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गया है।
