New Delhi, 18 May (NNS): The production of milk powder showed downfall in the plants during the review week and the upcountry demand has been started increasing, due to this, the prices of premium quality milk powder gained by Rs 10 to Rs 315/328 per kg. The prices of inferior quality maltodextrin and whey powder also being quoted at Rs 230/240 per kg. The consumption of liquid milk in the weddings reported to be weak during the last one week, but the consumption showed increment owing to the intense heat. On seeing the further consumption, the prices of milk powder may increase. The competitive buying seems constant from the consuming industries at the current level and the exporters started purchasing the stock because their stock of May shipments have already been sold out in the markets.

दूध पाउडर-10 की और चाल संभव

नई दिल्ली, 18 मई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घटने एवं निर्यात व चालानी मांग निकलने से 10 रुपए बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गये हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 230/240 रुपए तक बोले गए। पिछले एक सप्ताह शादियों की लिक्विड दूध की खपत नहीं है, लेकिन तापमान बढ़ने से भी अधिक खपत हो में वृद्धि हुई। आगे गर्मी के सीजन में खपत को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में और तेजी दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान भाव में खपतवाले उद्योगों की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीद चल रही है तथा निर्यातक माल पकड़ने लगे हैं, क्योंकि उनके माल मई शिपमेंट के बिके हुए हैं।

Desi ghee: incrememt in the demand of butter

New Delhi, 18 May (NNS): the production of both butter and desi ghee reported to be weak in the plants of North India during the last one week. On the other hand, the demand of desi ghee has been started increasing from the companies owing to the higher prices in the international markets and off season, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 9500/9750 per tin. In contrast to this, the same stock also being traded down by Rs 50/100 per tin. On the other hand, the adulterated stock has been selling at the lower level and GC testing is necessary rather than RM testing to control the adulteration, due to this reason, the sale of best quality desi ghee seems high and the arrival pressure reported to be high in the plants. The prices of liquid milk gained to 60/62 per litre during the last some days, due to this, the procurement of liquid milk seems high. Today, the temperature showed uptrend and the competitive buying seems high amid intense heat. Therefore, the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg.

देसी घी- बटर की मांग बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 18 मई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन व देशी घी का उत्पादन अपेक्षाकृत काफी कम हो गया, उधर सीजन ऑफ एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों में मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9500/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 50/100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इसमें मिलावट को रोकने के लिए आर एम टेस्टिंग की बजाय गैस क्रोमेटोग्राफी (जीसी) की टेस्टिंग जरूरी है, इसी से मिलावट रुकेगी। जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़कर 60/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद बढ़ गई है। आज मौसम का तापमान काफी बढ़ा हुआ है, आगे चलकर गरमी से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी। अत: दशी घी के भाव 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और जल्दी बढ़ सकते हैं।
