New Delhi, 30 April (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced to 90/95 lakh litres on daily basis due to the increment in the temperature in North India, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder seems high after the increment in the wholesale consumption. The wedding demand increased by 22 percent in the current week. However, the availability of the liquid milk seems normal in the plants as comparatively, despite this, the prices of premium quality milk powder also selling between Rs 305/318 per kg and there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices and it is expected that the prices may increase by Rs 20 per kg during the near future.

नई दिल्ली, 30 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में मौसम गरम होते ही लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 90-95 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिस कारण थोक में खपत बढ़ते ही दूध पाउडर के भाव अकड़ गए हैं। शादियों की मांग भी चालू सप्ताह में 22 प्रतिशत बढ़ गई है। हालांकि प्लांटों में अभी लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अपेक्षाकृत ठीक है। इन सब के बावजूद भी वर्तमान भाव में जो दूध पाउडर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है तथा आगे चलकर 20 रुपए प्रति किलो का लाभ मिल सकता है।

Desi ghee: manufacturers are in panic amid constant adulteration
New Delhi, 30 April (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 90/95 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants of North India. Now, the companies started storing both the butter and desi ghee stock, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level. On the other hand, the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets. Along with this, the plants directly trading the stock to the distributive markets, due to this reason, the best quality desi ghee manufactures are facing a lot problems. Here, the prices of liquid milk also selling between Rs 9350/9600 per quintal in the current week. The arrivals of liquid milk showed downfall in the companies during the last three days, on seeing this, it is expected that both the production will likely to remain weak and its cost may show uptrend. Apart from this, the weddings seems constant after the Baisakhi, in these circumstances, the consumption of both butter and desi ghee has been started increasing continuously, therefore, the market may likely to remain high and the prices will likely to remain stable after some days.

देसी घी-मिलावट से निर्माता परेशान
नई दिल्ली, 30 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 90-95 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो रही है। कंपनियां देसी घी व मक्खन का स्टॉक कुछ रोकने में लगी हुई हैं, जिस कारण देसी घी बाजार में ऊंचे वहां पर व्यापार हो रहा है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, साथ ही साथ प्लांटों से सीधे व्यापार वितरक मंडियों में हो रहे हैं। इस वजह से बढ़िया देसी की निर्माताओं को परेशानी हो रही है। यहां लिक्विड दूध घटने से चालू सप्ताह बाजार बढ़कर 9350/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन बिक रहा है। आगे जिस हिसाब से लिक्विड दूध की आवक तीन दिन का अंतराल कंपनियों में घटी है, उसे देखते हुए उत्पादन में कमी होने के साथ-साथ लागत आगे बढ़ जाएगी तथा बैसाखी बीतने के बाद शादियां चल रही हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में मक्खन एवं देसी घी के खपत मांग निकलने लगी है, अत: बाजार आगे तेज लग रहा है।अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
