New Delhi, 29 April (NNS): The production of both desi ghee and butter showed uptrend in the plants of North India, whereas, the demand has been started increasing from the companies as the butter prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets after the ceasefire, due to this, the prices of premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 9300/9600 per tin, whereas, the stock is being selling at the lower level of Rs 50 per tin. On the other hand, the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets. Gas chromotology is important to control the adulteration rather than RM testing, due to this reason, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed uptrend and the plants are also running constantly, due to this reason, the market may likely to remain stable at the same level for some days. The prices of liquid milk remained at Rs 58/59 per litre during the previous days, due to this, the procurement of liquid milk seems high. Today, the temperature decreases, but the buying will be competitive after the increment in demand. Therefore, the prices may improve by Rs 10 per kg during the near future.

देसी घी- बटर की मांग बढ़ी
नई दिल्ली, 29 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन व देशी घी का उत्पादन अपेक्षाकृत अधिक हो रहा है, उधर सीजन फायर के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों से मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9300/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 50 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इसमें मिलावट को रोकने के लिए आर एम टेस्टिंग की बजाय गैस क्रोमेटोग्राफी (जीसी) की टेस्टिंग जरूरी है, इसी से मिलावट रुकेगी। जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। इस वजह से अभी कुछ दिन भाव यहां मजबूती लिए टिका रहेगा। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव 58/59 रुपए प्रति लीटर हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद बढ़ गई है। आज मौसम का तापमान कुछ कम हुआ है, लेकिन आगे चलकर गरमी से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी। अत: दशी घी के भाव 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और जल्दी बढ़ सकते हैं।

Milk powder: possibility to improve by Rs 10 per kg
New Delhi, 29 April (NNS): The premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 305/318 per kg due to the higher export and upcountry demand along with the feeble production of milk powder in the plants. The stock of maltodextrin and whey powder also quoting at Rs 220/230 per kg. The consumption of liquid milk showed uptrend in the weddings from the last two weeks. Today, the weather seems normal, but there is no logic of downfall in the prices on seeing the consumption of kharif season. Presently, the consuming industries are doing competitive buying at the current level and the exporters started purchasing the stock because the stock of April and May shipments have been sold out at the current prices.
दूध पाउडर-10 की और चाल संभव

पाउडर का उत्पादन घटने एवं निर्यात व चालानी मांग निकलने से प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो पर
ठहर गये हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 220/230 रुपए तक बोले गए। पिछले 2 सप्ताह शादियों की लिक्विड दूध की खपत और बढ़ गई है। आज थोड़ा मौसम ठंडा है, लेकिन आगे गर्मी के सीजन में खपत को देखते हुए मंदे का लॉजिक दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है। वर्तमान भाव में खपत वाले उद्योगों की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीद चल रही है तथा निर्यातक माल पकड़ने लगे हैं, क्योंकि उनके माल अप्रैल मई शिपमेंट के बिके हुए हैं।
