New Delhi, 29 April (NNS): The prices of sugar mill delivery and spot sugar gained by Rs 25 to Rs 4020/4220 and Rs 4350/4500 per quintal respectively owing to the increased demand and selling of the stock at the higher level in the first week of May. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade also being quoted at Rs 3852/3922 and Rs 3962/4046 per quintal respectively due to the weak selling. On seeing the supply and demand, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the coming days.

नई दिल्ली, 29 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) मिलों द्वारा मई प्रथम सप्ताह के भाव बढ़ाकर सेल दिए जाने एवं ग्राहकी निकलने के कारण चीनी 25 रूपये बढ़कर मिल डिलीवरी 4020/4220 रूपए तथा हाजिर में इसके भाव 4350/4500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गई। बिकवाली कमजोर होने से मुंबई में चीनी एस ग्रेड 3852/3922 तथा एवं केभाव 3962/4046 रुपए प्रति कुंतल बोले गए। आपूर्ति व मांग को देखते हुए इसमें गिरावट की उम्मीद कम है।
