New Delhi, 28 April (NNS): The supply of raw milk reduced by 10 lakh litres to 85/90 crore litres on daily basis in North India, due to this, the production of milk powder is around 800/820 metric tonnes. Notably, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at the higher level of Rs 305/318 per kg due to the strong demand from the liquid manufacturing companies and the dry fruits manufacturing companies from the last 2/3 days. On the other hand, the traders started purchasing the stock at the current level in South India. In contrary to this, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu has been available at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices may likely to remain high from here during the coming days.

नई दिल्ली, 28 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर और घटकर 85-90 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे 800-820 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन रह गया है। गौरतलब है कि 2-3 दिनों से मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव तेजी लिए ठहर गए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से फिर तेजी ही लग रही है।

Desi ghee: possibility to increase from here
New Delhi, 28 April (NNS): The prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the same level as compared to the same period of the previous year, but the prices of liquid milk have been ruling at the higher level, due to this reason, the companies are getting the stock at the higher level. Now, the companies are constantly producing the stock of butter because of its good export demand. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk reduced by 25 lakh litres in the previous week and around 10/12 lakh litres in today. Here, the weddings have been started, due to this, the market showed heavy increment and the prices may likely to increase after some days. Presently, the price of premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 9300/9600 per tin. It is expected that the prices will likely to remain high. Here, the adulterated stock has been selling between Rs 8000/8200 per tin in the godown reach.

देसी घी- और बढ़ने की उम्मीद
नई दिल्ली, 28 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव लगभग बराबर ही चल रहे हैं, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस पर ऊंचे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अब पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि निर्यात मांग अच्छी है। दूसरी ओर गत सप्ताह 25 लाख लीटर एवं आज 10-12 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर शादियां शुरू हो गई है, जिससे बाजार तेज हो गए हैं तथा कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9300/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी आगे चलकर तेजी आ सकती है। इधर मिलावटी माल 8000/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।
