New Delhi, 27 April (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced by 25 lakh litres to 1 crore litres on daily basis in the plants of North India during the previous week, due to this reason, the buying seems competitive during the review period. As a result, the prices of liquid milk gained by Rs 3/4 to Rs 58/59 per litre. Here, the companies are quoting up the prices of milk powder by Rs 10 to Rs 305/318 per kg on seeing the constant increment in demand. On the other hand, the milk powder of South India is being available at the higher level in North India, due to this, here, its arrivals seems weak from there, due to this reason, the demand of the stock reported to be high.  The procurement seems good in the liquid products manufacturing companies as the temperature is increasing day by day. The consumption of paneer showed uptrend during the wedding season, in these circumstances, its prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg soon and it will be profitable in future. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also being available at Rs 210/240 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-एक सप्ताह में 10 रुपए बढ़े

नई दिल्ली, 27 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 25 लाख लीटर घटकर एक करोड़ लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिस कारण उक्त अवधि के अंतराल खरीद में काफी प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ी है। फलत: लिक्विड दूध 3-4 रुपए बढ़ाकर 58/59 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक कंपनियों ने खरीदा। इधर दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी निकलने से कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए बढ़ाकर 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो में बोलने लगी हैं। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले की अपेक्षा उत्तर भारत में आकर महंगे पड़ रहे हैं, इसलिए यहां दूध पाउडर वहां से कम आ रहा है, जिससे यहां के मालों की कदर बढ़ गई है। गर्मी पड़ने से चौतरफा पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की अच्छी वाली चल रही है, शादियों में मावा पनीर की खपत बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की शीघ्र और तेजी लग रही है तथा दूरगामी परिणाम और बढ़िया लग रहा है। वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 210/240 रुपए से कम में बेचू नहीं आ रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: prices may increase intermittently

New Delhi, 27 April (NNS): The prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 3/4 to Rs 58/59 per litre as the supply of liquid milk seems weak in North India amid ongoing heat wave. On the other hand, the export of both butter and desi ghee reported to be high, due to this, there is a lack of arrival pressure of the ready stock in the markets, due to this reason, the companies have increased the prices of premium quality desi ghee to Rs 9400/9600 per tin, whereas, the stock is being traded at an under ate of Rs 50/75 per tin. Here, the sample pass and the premium quality stock also ruling at Rs 8100/8200 and Rs 9600 per quintal and it is expected that the price may gain by Rs 150/200 per quintal on seeing the shortage of liquid milk. On the other hand, it is expected that the consumption may increase, in these circumstances, the procurement of desi ghee will be profitable for both sale and the storage.

देसी घी- रूककर और भाव बढ़ेंगे

नई दिल्ली, 27 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति जबरदस्त गर्मी के चलते घटने से उत्तर भारत में तीन-चार रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़कर दूध के भाव 58/59 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए। दूसरी ओर बटर एवं देसी घी दोनों के निर्यात मांग बढ़ने से कंपनियों के पास तैयार माल का प्रेशर कम हो गया है। वही कारण है कि कंपनियों द्वारा दो बार में 150 रुपए टीन बढ़ाकर देसी घी के भाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9400/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन कर दिया, जबकि बाजार में 50/75 अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। यहां सैंपल पास माल 8100/8200 रुपए तथा प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी ऊपर में 9600 रुपए तक बोल रहे हैं तथा थोड़ा ठहरकर लिक्विड दूध की कमी को देखते हुए 150/200 रुपए प्रति टीन की और तेजी लग रही है। वहीं शादियों की खपत भी आगे और बढ़ने लगी है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में स्टॉक एवं बिक्री दोनों हेतु खरीद लाभदायक रहेगी।
