New Delhi, 15 April (NNS): the supply of liquid milk dropped down to 1.5 crown litre on daily basis because of the higher temperature in North India during the last 3 days, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder showed strong trend after the increment in wholesale demand. The wedding demand has also been increasing in the current week. However, there is no availability of liquid milk in the plants, despite all this, the premium quality milk powder is being traded between Rs 295/305 per kg and there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. It is expected that the prices may improve by Rs 20 per kg during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-अब खरीद करिए

नई दिल्ली, 15 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत तीन दिन से उत्तर भारत में मौसम गरम होते ही लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिस कारण थोक में खपत बढ़ते ही दूध पाउडर के भाव अकड़ गए हैं। शादियों की मांग भी चालू सप्ताह में आने लगी है। हालांकि प्लांटों में अभी लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि है। इन सब के बावजूद भी वर्तमान भाव में जो दूध पाउडर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है तथा आगे चलकर 20 रुपए प्रति किलो का लाभ मिल सकता है।

Desi ghee: adulterated stock seems problematic

The companies are selling the butter and Desi ghee stock in the markets, due to this reason, the stock of desi ghee  being traded at an under rate in the markets. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly. Along with this, the stock has been selling out directly in the distributive markets from the plants, due to this reason, the prices of liquid milk ascended to Rs 9200/9450 per tin after the downfall in the prices of liquid milk during the previous week and now, the market remained stable at the same level. The arrivals of liquid milk seems weak from the last 3 days, on seeing this, watch the production and the cost may increase during the near future and the wedding season will start after baisakhi, in these circumstances, the consumption demand of both water and desi ghee has been started increasing. Therefore, the market may show uptrend. Now, the market will likely to remain stable at the same level. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 9100/9200 per quintal.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल से तकलीफ

नई दिल्ली, 15 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है। कंपनियां देसी घी व मक्खन का स्टॉक कुछ बेचने में लगी हुई हैं, जिस कारण देसी घी का बाजार में अंडर रेट में व्यापार हो रहा है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, साथ ही साथ प्लांटों से सीधे व्यापार वितरक मंडियों में हो रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि यहां लिक्विड दूध घटने के बाद भी जो पिछले सप्ताह बाजार बढ़कर 9200/9450 रुपए प्रति टीन बिक रहे थे, उसी पर बाजार ठहरा हुआ है। आगे जिस हिसाब से लिक्विड दूध की आवक तीन दिन का अंतराल कंपनियों में घटी है, उसे देखते हुए उत्पादन में कमी होने के साथ-साथ लागत आगे बढ़ जाएगी तथा बैसाखी बीतने के बाद शादियां शुरू हो गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में मक्खन एवं देसी घी के खपत मांग निकलने लगी है, अत: बाजार आगे तेज लग रहा है।अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी 9100/9200 रुपए प्रति टीन बिक रहा।
