New Delhi, 08 April (NNS): the supply of liquid milk increased to 2 crore litres in  North India during the last one week. With rising competition among procurement plants, the prices of milk powder has increased by Re 1 to Rs 54/55 per kg. There is a ceasefire of almost 15 days and consumption in chilling and ghee plants remains strong, while most processing units are operationinal. Today, the prices of premium quality desi ghee went up by Rs 150 to Rs 9200/9450 per tin on seeing the increment in demand of butter and desi ghee. Notably, the production of desi ghi reported to be week in the plants as comparatively because manufacturers are prioritising butter stockpiling for the summer season, in these circumstances, the prices may increase after sometime. The inferior qualities stock also being quoted at Rs 7800/8000 per quintal.

देसी घी-10 रुपए प्रति डकिलो बढ़

नई दिल्ली, 8 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ कर औसतन दो करोड़ लीटर चालू सप्ताह में हो रही है, वर्तमान भाव पर लिक्विड दूध प्लांट की खरीद में थोड़ी स्पर्धा आते ही एक रुपए बढ़कर इसके भाव 54/55 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं। इधर 15 दिन के लिए सीजफायर भी हो गया है तथा लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट अभी चल रहे हैं। बटर एवं देसी घी में पूछ परख आते ही आज 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9200/9450 रुपए हो गए। गौरतलब है कि देसी घी प्लांटों में अपेक्षाकृत कम बन रहा है, क्योंकि निर्माता कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक आगे गर्मी के लिए कर रही हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में इसमें थोड़ा ठहर कर और तेजी लग रही है। नीचे वाले माल भी जो 7800/8000 रुपए बोलने लगे हैं।

Milk powder: weak consumption amid downfall in temperature

New Delhi, 08 April (NNS): the domestic consumption of milk powder showed downfall due to the decrement in temperature as the  trade of buttermilk, cold beverages including other liquid products reported to be weak and the dry fruits manufacturer companies are getting affected because of the increment in the prices of LPG. The sale of milk powder reported to be weak in the restaurants as compared to the same period of the previous year, due to this reason, the domestic demand seems sluggish despite the export demand. The premium quality milk powder is being traded between Ra 295/308 per kg. The traders of South India are also selling their stock at the previous prices. However the prices of milk powder have been doing at the higher level as compared to the previous year, due to this, the prices may not show downfall, but it may increase after sometime. The support of milk powder seems weak as comparatively because of the ongoing war between Iran and Israel. Therefore, it is expected that the market may increase after some days.

दूध पाउडर-मौसम ठंडा से खपत घटी

नई दिल्ली, 8 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) मौसम का तापमान गिरने से दूध पाउडर की घरेलू खपत घट गई है, क्योंकि लस्सी छाछ ठंडाई सहित पेय पदार्थ बनाने का काम कम हो गया है तथा एलपीजी महंगी होने का भी प्रभाव मावा निर्माताओं पर पड़ा है। रेस्टोरेंटों में भी बिक्री गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में कम हो रही है। यही कारण है कि निर्यात में मांग आने के बावजूद घरेलू मांग ठंडी पड़ गई है। प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी अनुसार बिक रहे हैं। साउथ वाले भी पूर्व भाव पर ही माल बेच रहे हैं। हालांकि गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा वहां दूध पाउडर के भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, इसलिए घटने वाली बात बिल्कुल नहीं है, लेकिन तेजी आने में थोड़ा विलंब हो सकता है। ईरान-इस्राइल जंग के चलते दूध पाउडर का सपोर्ट अपेक्षाकृत कम मिल रहा है। अत: कुछ दिन बाद फिर बाजार बढ़ जाएगा।
