New Delhi, 03 April (NNS): Today, the supply of raw milk reported to be around 2.5 crore litres in North India because the demand seems weak in both the rural and the urban areas after the over of consuming festivals. Here, the stock has been available at Rs 52/54 per kg to the companies due to the downfall in the temperature. Therefore, the prices may increase after the decrement of Rs 10 per kg. Presently, it is being traded at Rs 295/308 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 3 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति आज 2.5 करोड़ लीटर के करीब हो गई है, क्योंकि खपत वाले त्यौहार बीत जाने से दूध में उपभोक्ताओं की मांग ग्रामीण व शहरी क्षेत्रों में घट गई है। इधर तापमान गिरने से कंपनियों को पाउडर प्लांट चलाने के लिए 52/54 रुपए तक मिल रहा है। अत: दूध पाउडर में 10 रुपए घटने के बाद ही तेजी आएगी। वर्तमान भाव 295/308 रुपए में जरूर का व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: no more uptrend for some days

New Delhi, 03 April (NNS): The consumption of desi ghee may increase for the weddings. On the other hand, the consignments of butter have also been sold out from the Indian ports. The weddings will start after 14^th April, but huge amount of stock has already been sold out after the downfall in the prices during the previous months. Now, the production of desi ghee may increase in the producing plants as compared to the same period of the previous year, whereas, its cost seems weak. The manufacturing companies are selling the stock at the current level. Presently, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9000/9300 per tin, but the stock has been selling at an under rate because huge amount of adulterated stock also selling from the rural areas. In these circumstances, the market of best quality stock may not show downfall during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 3 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि देसी घी की खपत आगे शादियों हेतु बढ़ने वाली है। दूसरी ओर कुछ बटर के कंसाइनमेंट भारतीय बंदरगाहों से निकल जाने की चर्चा आने लगी है। चालू माह में 14 अप्रैल के बाद शादियां शुरू हो जाएगी, लेकिन पिछले महीने की आई गिरावट में काफी माल कट चुके हैं। अभी उत्पादन प्लांटों में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में बढ़िया हो रहा है, वहीं लागत घट गई है। निर्माता कंपनियां बिकवाली में आ रही हैं। वर्तमान में कंपनियां 9000/9300 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रही है, लेकिन बाजार में अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है, क्योंकि मिलावटी माल अभी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की मंडियों में ज्यादा बिक रहे हैं। इन सारी परिस्थितियों में देसी घी बढ़िया माल में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
