New Delhi, 30 March (NNS): During the review week, the supply of liquid milk showed uptrend. Along with this, the export of milk powder reported to be sluggish amid war between America and Iran. Here, there will be no weddings till 14th April. The major consuming festivals like Eid and Holi have already been over, due to this reason, the companies have reduced the prices of premium quality milk powder by Rs 10 to Rs 300/310 per kg. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also quoting at Rs 190/210 per kg. In these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may reduce by Rs 10 per kg, but there is no logic of more downfall in the prices during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- ज्यादा मंदे का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 30 मार्च (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई थी, इसके साथ-साथ अमेरिका ईरान इजरायल युद्ध के चलते दूध पाउडर का निर्यात ठप्प पड़ है, इधर शादियां भी 14 अप्रैल तक बंद रहेंगी, ईद व होली जैसे खपत वाले बड़े त्यौहार बीत गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों ने पिछले सप्ताह 10 रुपए प्रति किलो घटकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पाउडर के भाव 300/313 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार कर दिए । वेपाउडर एवं माल्तोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 190/210 रुपए रह गए हैं। इन परिस्थितियों में 10 रुपए और घटने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है, लेकिन इससे ज्यादा घटने का कोई लॉजिक दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है।

Desi ghee: market will remain under pressure

New Delhi, 30 March (NNS): During the review week, the companies of North India have reduced the prices of desi ghee by Rs 10 per kg after the over of famous consuming festivals. On the other hand, the weddings the likely to start after 15 days. Now, the companies are storing the butter stock but the sale of desi ghee seems weak amid adulterated stock, due to this reason, the companies are purchasing the stock of desi ghee after the decrement of Rs 150 to Rs 9000/9300 per quintal and it is being available at an under rate of Rs 100 per quintal in the markets. The prices may not show more uptrend on seeing the huge amount of adulterated stock. The adulterated stock has been selling at Rs 6007500 per quintal to the confectioners in thikana reach. Therefore, it is expected that it’s prices may went down by Rs 150 per tin during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी बाजार दबा रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 30 मार्च (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों ने प्रमुख खपत वाले त्यौहार बीत जाने के बाद 10 रुपए प्रति किलो घटा दिए। उधर शादियां शुरू होने में अभी 15 दिन का समय और लगेगा। मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक कर रही है, लेकिन मिलावटी माल के चलते देसी भी बिक्री काफी कम रह गई है। यही कारण है कि 150 रुपए टीन घटाकर कर 9000/9300 रुपए देसी घी के भाव कंपनियां बिकवाल आ गई हैं तथा बाजार में 100 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल की भरमार को देखकर अभी निकट में तेजी नहीं लग रही है। मिलावटी माल 6000/7500 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं, ऐसी चर्चा है। अत: अभी इसमें 150 रुपए प्रति टीन की जल्द और गिरावट लग रही है।
