New Delhi, 24 March (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall as compared to the previous week and the export of milk powder gets affected amid war between Iran and Israel. Apart from this, there will be no weddings till 14^th April. The big consuming festivals like Holi and Eid has already been over, due to this reason, yesterday, the companies have reduced the prices of premium quality milk powder by Rs 10 to Rs 300/313 per kg. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also ruling between Rs 190/200 per kg and there is no logic of downfall in the prices during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-और मंदे का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 24 मार्च (एनएनएस) हालांकि गत सप्ताह सप्ताह की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है, तथापि अमेरिका ईरान इजरायल युद्ध के चलते दूध पाउडर का निर्यात प्रभावित हुआ है, इधर शादियां भी 14 अप्रैल तक बंद रहेंगी, ईद व होली जैसे खपत वाले बड़े त्यौहार बीत गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों ने कल 10 रुपए प्रति किलो घटकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पाउडर के भाव 300/313 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार कर दिए हैं। वेपाउडर एवं माल्तोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 190/200 रुपए रह गए हैं। प्रति किलो में मिल रहा है इन परिस्थितियों में और घटना का कोई लॉजिक दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है।

Desi ghee: no more increment

New Delhi, 24 March (NNS): The companies of North India are storing the stock of butter, but the sale of desi ghee seems feeble due to the adulterated stock, due to this reason, its prices reduced by Rs 150 to Rs 9000/9300 per tin and the stock has been selling at an under rate of Rs 100 per tin. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices on seeing the huge amount of adulterated stock. The adulterated stock is being available to the confectioners at Rs 6000/7500 per quintal in thikana reach.

देसी घी-अभी तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 24 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की कंपनियां मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक कर रही है, लेकिन मिलावटी माल के चलते देसी भी बिक्री काफी कम रह गई है। यही कारण है कि 150 रुपए टीन कल घटाकर कर 9000/9300 रुपए देसी घी के भाव कंपनियां बोलने लगी है तथा बाजार में 100 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल की भरमार को देखकर अभी निकट में तेजी नहीं लग रही है। मिलावटी माल 6000/7500 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं, ऐसी चर्चा है।
