New Delhi, 23 March (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk reported to be around 1.40 crore litres in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. The purchas prices of companies have increased by Rs 4 per kg during the last one week, on seeing this, both the small and the big companies of desi ghee have been rulingat the higher level. Today, the companies are facing a lot of problems for the procurement of liquid milk, due to this reason, it is being purchased at Rs 61/62 per litre. The incentives should also have to increase in some areas, due to this reason, the companies are not selling the product on seeing the production cost. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also ruling between Rs 9100/9425 per tin, where as the inferior quality stock also quoting at Rs 7800/7900 per tin and it is profitable to trade at the current level during the coming days.

देसी घी-भाव बरकरार रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 23 मार्च (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 1.40 करोड़ लीटर आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति हुई है, कंपनियों के परचेज भाव पिछले एक सप्ताह में चार रुपए लीटर बढ़ गए हैं, इसे देखकर छोटी बड़ी कंपनियां पहले ही देसी घी के भाव भाव बढ़ा चुकी हैं। लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में आज कंपनियों को मशक्कत करनी पड़ी है, जिस कारण 61/62 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ा है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में बढ़ाना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 9100/9425 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि हल्के माल कंपनियां 7800/7900 रुपए बोल रही है तथा इन भावों में अभी भी व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Milk powder: possibility of again increment

New Delhi, 23 March (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk reduced by 10 lakh litres to 1.35/1.40 crore litres due to the constant supply of liquid milk and higher consumption of Eid in North India, due to this reason, today, the companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at the higher level. The companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at the higher level. The reality is that the wedding  consumption of milk powder seems high after January. The milk powder of South India is being available at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may show uptrend at the current level. The premium quality milk powder also selling at Rs 300/318 per kg and it is profitable to trade at the current level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-फिर बढ़ने की संभावना

नई दिल्ली, 23 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में ईद की खपत बढ़ने से आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर घटकर 1.35/1.40 करोड़ लीटर रह गई, जिस कारण कंपनियां दूध पाउडर के भाव आज भी पूर्व स्तर पर तेज बोल रही है। कंपनियों द्वारा अंदरुनी दूध पाउडर के भाव मजबूत बोले गए। वास्तविकता यह है कि जनवरी के बाद से दूध पाउडर की खपत शादियों में बढ़ गई है। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर महंगा मिल  रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अब फिर बढ़ने की संभावना बन गई है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 300/318 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इन भावों में व्यापार करना चाहिए।
