New Delhi, 13 March (NNS):  The production of milk powder showed downfall in the plants during the review week, despite this, the premium quality milk powder reduced by Rs 5 to Rs 305/318 per kg due to the weak export and upcountry demand. The inferior quality maltodextrin and whey powder stock also quoting at Rs 210/230 per kg. It is expected that the consumption of liquid milk may increase due to navratri in the next week. On seeing the consumption during the summer season, there is no logic of downtrend in the prices. The weddings will over in North India due to kharmas.

दूध पाउडर-करेक्शन की संभावना

नई दिल्ली, 13 मार्च (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घटने के बावजूद निर्यात व चालानी मांग कमजोर से प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो 5 रुपए घट गए हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 210/230 रुपए तक बोले गए। नवरात्रि के चलते अगले सप्ताह में लिक्विड दूध की खपत और बढ़ जाएगी। गर्मी के सीजन में खपत को देखते हुए मंदे का लॉजिक दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है। आगे खरमास के चलते उत्तर भारत में शादियां एक माह के लिए बंद हो जाएंगी।

Desi ghee: has been selling at an under rate

New Delhi, 13 March (NNS): The production of desi ghee reported to be high as comparatively owing to the weak production of butter in the plants of North India, but the prices of butter have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, the demand has been increasing from the companies at the higher level, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi ghee remained weak at Rs 9200/9425 per tin, whereas, the stock reduced by Rs 100 per tin in the markets. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason, the sale of best quality desi ghee seems weak and the plants have been running in pressure, due to this reason, the market will remain stable at the strong level for some days. During the previous days, the prices of liquid milk remained firm at Rs 60/62 per litre, due to this, the procurement of liquid milk has become more difficult. The competition has increased  in the procurement of liquid milk  due to the increment in the temperature.

देसी घी- अंडर रेट में बिकने लगे

नई दिल्ली, 13 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन का उत्पादन घटने से देसी घी भी अपेक्षाकृत अधिक बन रहा रहा है, लेकिन अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों से मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9200/9425 रुपए प्रति टीन पर नरमी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री घट गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। इस वजह से अभी कुछ दिन भाव यहां मजबूती लिए टिका रहेगा। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव 60/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर टिके हुए हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध  की खरीद में मशक्कत बढ़ गई है।गरमी से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ गई है।
