New Delhi, 05 March (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed nominal downfall in the plants of NorthIndia. The buying seems competitive today and yesterday. The companies have purchased the stock ofliquid milk at Rs 61 per litre, but the companies have sold the milk powder at Rs 310/323 per kg due tothe weak demand. On the other hand, the milk powder of South India has been selling at the higher levelin the markets of North India, due to this, here, the prices of milk powder may not show more downfall.We believe that the plants will likely to run lately, but the consumption will remain high for theweddings, on seeing this, the stock should have to purchase the stock for the storage. The stock of wheypowder and maltodextrin also quoting at Rs 210/220 per kg. Therefore, there is no risk in the trade at thecurrent level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटी

नई दिल्ली, 5 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति थोड़ी घट गई है, कल और आज खरीद में काफी प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ी। लिक्विड दूध 61 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक कंपनियों ने खरीदा,लेकिन दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी कमजोर होने से अंदरुनी कंपनियों ने नरमी में 310/323 रुपए प्रति किलो में बेच दिए। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले से उत्तर भारत में आकर ऊंचे बिक रहे हैं, इसलिए यहां दूध पाउडर में और गिरावट नहीं लग रही है। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार प्लांट देर तक चलने की संभावना है, लेकिन शादियों की खपत हेतु खपत भी आगे रहेगी, इसे देखते हुए अब स्टॉक के लिए खरीद करनी चाहिए। वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 210/220 रुपए के बीच बोल रहे हैं। अत: अब व्यापार रिस्क नहीं रहेगा।

Desi ghee: prices will remain stable for some days

Now, this is the ongoing production season of desi ghee, but the extraconsumption of both weddings and holi reported to be high in the last some days, in these circumstances,both the storage and the sale of desi ghee will be profitable for the procurement. Today, the buying ofmilk seems competitive, but the amount of fats seems high for the favorable weather conditions.Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current lower level. The market will likely to remain high for thecoming days.

देसी घी-कुछ दिन भाव रुके रहेंगे

नई दिल्ली, 5 मार्च (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह में कंपनियों ने पुराने भाव पर देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9100/9500 रुपए प्रति टीन पर व्यापार किया। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन का सीजन चल रहा है, लेकिन कुछ दिनों में शादियों एवं होली की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में स्टॉक एवं बिक्री हेतु खरीद दोनों लाभदायक रहेगा। आज लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा रही है, लेकिन मौसम अनुकूल से फैट की मात्रा बढ़ गई है। अत: कुल मिलाकर बाजार पिछले एक सप्ताह में, जो घटा है, इसमें व्यापार करना लाभदायक रहेगा। कुछ दिन ठहर कर तेज लग रहा है।
