New Delhi, 20 February (NNS):  The supply of raw milk reduced from 2.25 crore litre to 2 crore litres in North India because the demand of milk seems high in both the rural and the urban areas due to ramazan. The companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 61/62 per litre for the running of the plants. Therefore, the prices of milk powder may increase after the some time. Therefore, the prices may not decrease from Rs 310/323 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 20 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 2.25 से घटकर आज 2 करोड़ लीटर के करीब हो गई है, क्योंकि रमजान के चलते दूध में उपभोक्ताओं की मांग ग्रामीण व शहरी क्षेत्रों में बढ़ गई है। कंपनियों को पाउडर प्लांट चलाने के लिए 61/62 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ रहा है। अत: दूध पाउडर में थोड़ा ठहराव के बाद फिर तेजी आ जाएगी। वर्तमान भाव 310/323 रुपए में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Desi ghee: prices may increase intermittently

New Delhi, 20 February (NNS):   The consumption of desi ghee may increase because of the ongoing wedding season after Basant Panchmi, but the stock has already been delivered after the uptrend in the prices during the previous days. Now, the production has been decreasing in the plants as compared to before and the cost also seems high. The manufacturer companies are not selling their stock at the lower level. presently, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9200/9525 per quintal, but the stock has been selling at an under rate because the huge amount of adulterated stock has been selling out in the markets of rural areas, in these circumstances, the prices of best quality desi ghee may not show downfall during the near future.

देसी घी-रुक-रुक कर तेजी कायम

नई दिल्ली, 20 फरवरी (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि देसी घी की खपत आगे और बढ़ने वाली है, क्योंकि बसंत पंचमी को बेबुझ साया के बाद शादियां जोरों पर होने लगी है तथा चालू माह में जबरदस्त शादियां रही हैं, लेकिन पिछले दिनों की आई तेजी में माल की डिलीवरी हो चुकी है। अब उत्पादन प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा घटने लगा है, वहीं लागत बढ़ गई है। निर्माता कंपनियां बिकवाल घटाकर नहीं आ रही हैं। वर्तमान में कंपनियां 9200/9525 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रही है, लेकिन बाजार में अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है, क्योंकि मिलावटी माल अभी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की मंडियों में ज्यादा बिक रहे हैं। इन सारी परिस्थितियों में देसी घी बढ़िया माल में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
