New Delhi, 16 February (NNS): The companies have reduced the prices of premium quality desi ghee reduced by Rs 225 to Rs 9050/9300 per quintal during the review week. Now, this is the ongoing production season of desi ghee, but the extra consumption of weddings may increase from the last some days, in these circumstances, both the storageband the sale will be profitable at the current level. Today, the buying of liquid milk seems competitive, but the amount of fats showed uptrend due to the unfavourable weather conditions. Therefore, the trade will be profitable at the current level and the market will likely to remain stable at the same level during the near future.

देसी घी-कुछ दिन ठहरकर फिर बढ़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 16 फरवरी (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह में कंपनियों ने 150 रुपए प्रति टीन तक देसी घी के भाव घटाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9000/9375 रुपए कर दिए। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन का सीजन चल रहा है, लेकिन कुछ दिनों में शादियों की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में स्टॉक एवं बिक्री हेतु खरीद दोनों लाभदायक रहेगा। आज लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा रही है, लेकिन मौसम अनुकूल से फैट की मात्रा बढ़ गई है। अत: कुल मिलाकर बाजार पिछले एक सप्ताह में, जो घटा है, इसमें व्यापार करना लाभदायक रहेगा। कुछ दिन ठहर कर तेज लग रहा है।

Milk powder: prices decreased by Rs 5 per kg

New Delhi, 16 February (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the plants of North India. Yesterday, the buying seems competitive on Sunday. The companies have purchased the stock of liquid milk at Rs 60 per kg, but the companies have reduced by Rs 5 to Rs 305/318 per kg due to the weak demand. On the other hand, the milk powder of south India has been ruling at the higher level in North India, due to this, the prices of milk powder may not show more downfall. We believe that the plants will likely to run for the long time, but the consumption will remain high for the weddings, on seeing this, it is profitable to purchase the stock for the storage. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also ruling between Rs 210/230 per kg. Therefore, the trade will be profitable during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-लिक्विड दूध के भाव बढ़े

नई दिल्ली, 16 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति थोड़ी घट गई है, कल और आज खरीद में काफी प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ी। लिक्विड दूध 61 रुपए पर 2 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक कंपनियों ने खरीदा,लेकिन दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी कमजोर होने से 5 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने घटाकर 310/323 रुपए प्रति किलो कर दिए। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले से उत्तर भारत में आकर ऊंचे बिक रहे हैं। इसलिए यहां दूध पाउडर में और गिरावट नहीं लग रही है। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार प्लांट देर तक चलने की संभावना है, लेकिन शादियों की खपत हेतु खपत भी आगे रहेगी, इसे देखते हुए अब स्टॉक के लिए खरीद करनी चाहिए। वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 210/230 रुपए के बीच बोल रहे हैं। अत: अब व्यापार लाभदायक रहेगा।
