New Delhi, 09 February (NNS): The production of desi ghee reported to be high as comparatively due to the higher production of butter in the plants of North India, but butter prices showed uptrend in the international markets, due to this, the demand has been increasing continuously from the companies, due to which, the companies have gained the prices of premium quality desi ghee by Rs 300 to Rs 9200/9225 per tin in the last week, whereas, the same stock has been quoting down by Rs 100 per tin in the markets. On the other hand,  the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed downfall and the plants have been running in pressure. Therefore, the market remained stable at the strong level for some days. The prices of liquid milk gained to Rs 60/61 per litre during the last some days. The manufacturing companies have increasing the collection of liquid milk during the previous days, due to this, the competitive buying of liquid milk showed uptrend.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 9 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन का उत्पादन बढ़ने से देसी घी भी अपेक्षाकृत अधिक बन रहा रहा है, लेकिन अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों से मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते गत सप्ताह में कंपनियों ने 300 रुपए बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9200/9525 रुपए प्रति टीन कर दिए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री घट गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। अत: अभी कुछ दिन भाव यहां मजबूती लिए टिका रहेगा। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़ कर 60/61 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए थे, पिछले दिनों से लिक्विड दूध का कलेक्शन निर्माता कंपनियों ने बढ़ा दिया, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ गई है।

Milk powder: prices may increase after the correction

New Delhi, 09 February (NNS): The production of milk powder showed uptrend in the plants during the review week, despite this, both the local and upcountry demand has been increasing constantly, due to this, the premium quality milk powder gained by Rs 20 to Rs 310/328 per kg. The inferior quality stock of malto dextrin and whey powder also being quoted at Rs 220/240 per kg. Now, the prices corrected by Rs 5 per kg due to the profit taking selling at the higher level because the consumption of liquid milk may increase in the next week. Now, there is no logic of uptrend in the prices on seeing the consuming during the ongoing season. The upcountry demand of milk powder has been increasing constantly in North India during the wedding season.

दूध पाउडर-करेक्शन के बाद फिर बढ़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 9 फरवरी (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बढ़ने के बावजूद लोकल व चालानी मांग निकलने से 20 रुपए बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 220/240 रुपए तक बोले गए। अब बढ़े हुए भाव में मुनाफा वसूली बिकवाली चलने से 5 रुपए का करेक्शन आज खुलते बाजार आ गया है, क्योंकि अगले सप्ताह में लिक्विड दूध की खपत और बढ़ जाएगी। अब सीजन में खपत को देखते हुए कोई लॉजिक दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है। आगे उत्तर भारत में शादियों की चालानी मांग दूध पाउडर में अभी से निकलने लगी है।
