New Delhi, 04 February (NNS): Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder seems constant at the current level because the confectioners are purchasing huge amount of stock on seeing the wedding season. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2.50 crore litres, due to this reason, the prices remained stable at the same level. The demand and the storage reported to be weak from the exporters from the cooperatives of plants and tamil nadu of Maharashtra, on seeing this, the prices have gained by Rs 5 per kg during the last some days. Now, the premium quality stock also ruling at Rs 300/313 per kg and its prices may gain by Rs 10 per kg during the last fortnight. The consumption of weddings showed uptrend. Therefore, the market may likely to increase during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 4फरवरी (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की चालानी मांग चालू सप्ताह लोकल एवं चालानी मांग बनी हुई है, क्योंकि हलवाइयों द्वारा शादियों को देखकर माल अधिक खरीदा जा रहा है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2.50 करोड़ लीटर हो रही है, जिस कारण ठहराव बना हुआ है। महाराष्ट्र के प्लांटों एवं तमिलनाडु कोऑपरेटिव से निर्यातकों की दूध पाउडर मांग होने के साथ-साथ का स्टॉक इस बार कम है, इसे देखकर कंपनियों ने पिछले दिनों 5 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ा दिये थे। अब प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 300/313 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गया तथा चालू माह के दूसरे पखवाड़े में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़ सकता है। शादियों की खपत बढ़ गई है। अत: बाजार आगे तेज ही रहेगा।

Desi ghee:  stockists started purchasing the stock

New Delhi, 04 February (NNS): The stock of butter and desi ghee has been increasing the plants because the supply of liquid milk seems favourable and the amount of fats reported to be high in milk. On the other hand, the adulterated desi ghee creating problems in the selling of best quality desi ghee, but huge amount of 80/82 fats of butter stock has been producing in all the companies and the production pressure will remain constant in the plants during the coming 2 months. Some companies are regularly producing the stock and they are producing full fledged stock, but the stockists started purchasing the stock constantly, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi ghee gained by Rs 150 to Rs8900/9225 per tin during the last 10 days. The inferior quality stock also quoting at Rs 7500 per quintal. Now, the market will increase in the near future during the coming days.

देसी घी-स्टॉकिस्ट माल पकड़ने लगे

नई दिल्ली, 4फरवरी (एनएनएस) यद्यपि देसी घी एवं मक्खन का स्टाक प्लांटों में बढ़ने लगा है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति समय के अनुकूल हो रही है तथा दूध में फैट की मात्रा भी अधिक आ रही है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन सभी कंपनीयों में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर प्रचुर मात्रा में बनने लगा है तथा प्लांटों में उत्पादन का प्रेशर कम से कम 2 महीने और रहेगा। कुछ कंपनियां रेगुलर में जो उत्पादन करती हैं, उनमें प्लांटों में उत्पादन फुल फ्लैश हो रहा है, लेकिन इन भाव में अब स्टॉकिट माल पकड़ने लगे हैं, जिस कारण बाजार 10 दिन के अंतराल 150 रुपए बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 8900/9225 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। नीचे वाले माल भी 7500 रुपए बोलने लगे हैं। अब यहां से धीरे-धीरे बाजार तेज ही रहने वाला है।
