New Delhi,02 February (NNS): The production  of milk powder reduced by 2 percent in North India during the last one week because the supply of raw milk seems weak in the plants, whereas, the consumption went up by 7 percent, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder also ruling between Rs 300/313 per kg. The domestic demand reported to be high at the lower level, due to this, the prices showed constant uptrend. The prices of milk powder have been ruling at the record higher level in the international markets, on seeing this, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The inferior quality stock also selling between Rs 230/240 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में एक सप्ताह के अंतराल 2 प्रतिशत की कमी हुई है, क्योंकि प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति में वृद्धि नहीं हुई, जबकि अतिरिक्त खपत में सात प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हो गई, जिस कारण इसके भाव 300/313 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी अनुसार पर मजबूत रहे। नीचे वाले भाव पर घरेलू मांग जोरों पर चल रही है, जिससे लगातार धीरे-धीरे तेजी का रूख बना हुआ है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी कुछ मजबूती रही, इसे देखते हुए अब घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। हल्की क्वालिटी के माल 230/240 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: prices may increase after some time

New Delhi, 02 February (NNS): Presently, the prices of premium quality remained stable at Rs 8900/9225 per tin due to the constant local and upcountry demand from the stockists. The inferior quality stock also being quoted at Rs 7500/7800 per quintal. We believe that the stored stock of butter has been increasing constantly n the plants because the production of new butter seems high. The prices of butter have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this the production of desi ghee seems weak as compared to butter. Therefore, the market of desi ghee remains high in the current situation.

देसी घी-ठहर कर फिर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 2 फरवरी (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में लोकल एवं चालानी मांग स्टॉकिस्टों की देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 8900/9225 प्रति टीन मजबूती लिए टिके हुए। नीचे वाले माल भी 7500/7800 रुपए तक बोलने लगे। हम मानते हैं कि प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक काफी बढ़ने लगा है, क्योंकि नया उत्पादन बटर का अधिक कर रही हैं। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव चल रहे हैं, जिस कारण देसी घी, बटर की अपेक्षा कम बन रहा है। अत: देशी घी का बाजार तेज ही रहेगा।
