New Delhi, 29 January (NNS): Recently, the prices of desi ghee went up by Rs 150 to Rs 8950/9225 per tin, but the prices reported to be at the higher level, but the stock of the distributive markets have already been over, due to this, the trade should be done for short spam of time, but the prices may increase after some time. Presently, the long uptrend in the prices will be problematic in the near future because the availability of liquid m ilk reported to be high and the adulterants are fully active.

देसी घी-अभी और बढ़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 29 जनवरी (एनएनएस) हाल ही में देसी घी के भाव 150 रुपए प्रति किलो रुपए बढ़कर यहां भाव 8950/9225 रुपए प्रति टीन पर हो गए हैं, लेकिन अभी भी भाव यह ऊंचे वाले ही लग रहे हैं, लेकिन वितरक मंडियों में माल समाप्त हो जाने से कम समय के लिए व्यापार करना चाहिए, लेकिन कुछ दिन बाजार यहां ठहरकर यहां से और तेजी आने में थोड़ा समय लगेगा। फिलहाल अभी और लंबी तेजी आगे चलकर दिक्कत पैदा करेगी, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि भरपूर है तथा मिलावटी करने वाले पूरी तरह सक्रिय बने हुए है।

Milk powder: no more downfall

New Delhi, 29 January (NNS): During the review week, the companies have increased the prices of milk powder by Rs 5 to Rs 295/313 per kg due to the constant selling. Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder showed uptrend from the exporters during the last two days. On the other hand, the exporters are purchasing less amount of cow milk powder of South India. The reality is that the prices of milk powder of Southern parts have been ruling at the  higher level. There, the delivery of the sold stock seems constant and the consumption seems high in February month. In the international markets, the prices of milk powder reported to be high at the higher level, due to this, the loading of the stock seems high from Maharashtra, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase after some days.

दूध पाउडर-अब मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 29 जनवरी (एनएनएस) बीते सप्ताह दूध पाउडर कंपनियों द्वारा 5 रुपए बढ़ाकर बिकवाली किए जाने से 295/313 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव हो गए हैं। गत दो दिनों से लोकल एवं चालानी मावा निर्माताओं की मांग में अपेक्षाकृत वृद्धि हो गई है। उधर निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर कम खरीद कर रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि इस बार दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, वहां पहले के सौदों की डिलीवरी चल रही है तथा फरवरी मास में खपत ज्यादा अधिक होने वाली है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव से मांग सुधर गई  है, जिससे महाराष्ट्र के माल की लोडिंग बढ़ गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ दिन ठहरकर फिर तेज हो जाएगा।
