New Delhi, 28 January (NNS): The supply of raw milk reported to be around 2.5 crore litres on daily basis in the markets of North India, from which almost 2150/2200 metric tonnes of stock has been producing, whereas, the prices of premium quality milk powder rose to Rs 305/313per kg owing to the constant buying from the stockists during the review week. Therefore, the market has been ruling at the higher level. Presently, huge amount of milk powder has been lying in the big companies due to the constant buying of liquid milk. The cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil nadu also ruling at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices of premium quality milk powder may increase in the near future.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर फिर तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 28 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति औसतन ढाई करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है, जिसमें 2150-2200 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक उत्पादन होने का अनुमान है, जबकि पिछले सप्ताह भी स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली से कल भी 5 रुपए  की बढ़त पर 305/313 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव हो गए। अत: अभी बाजार तेज चल रहा है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बनी रहने से दूधपाउडर का स्टॉक अभी प्रचुर मात्रा में कंपनियों के पास बन रहा है। महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए जो वर्तमान भाव में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी दूध पाउडर बिक रहा है, इसमें और तेजी ही लग रही है।

Desi ghee: will remain high

New Delhi, 28 January (NNS): The prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level as compared to the same period of the previous year, whereas, the prices of liquid milk fell down by Rs 5 per litre, due to this, the stock has been available to the companies at the reasonable rates. Now, the companies have been storing the stock after producing butter. Therefore, the prices of desi ghee may increase in the near future. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee which was selling at Rs 8950/9225 per tin, it is expected that its prices may increase in the near future. Here, adulterated stock of desi ghee has been available at Rs 6300/7000 per tin in the godown reach.

देसी घी-और बढ़त कायम

नई दिल्ली, 28 जनवरी (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव अभी ऊपर चल रहे हैं, जबकि लिक्विड दूध 5 रुपए प्रति लीटर नीचे बिक रहा है, इसलिए कंपनियों को पड़ता लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक करने लगे हैं। अत: अभी और देसी घी में तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 8950/9225 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी अगले सप्ताह और तेजी आ सकती है। इधर मिलावटी माल 6300/7000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।
