New Delhi, 19 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall during the review week, due to this, the production showed downfall in all the plants as compared to before. The consumption of liquid milk reported to be high due to makar sankranti and mauni amawasya. The further consumption of weddings may increase, in these circumstances, the milk powder which was selling at Rs 295/308 per kg, but now, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices and it will likely to remain stable at the same level. The trade will be profitable at the current level if the companies have reduced the prices by 10 per quintal.

दूध पाउडर-भविष्य में तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 19 जनवरी (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति कम होने से सभी प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन पहले की अपेक्षा घट गया। मकर संक्रांति एवं मौनी अमावस्या में भी लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई थी, आगे भी शादियों में दूध पाउडर की खपत बढ़ने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव रह सकता है। यदि कंपनियां सेल पॉलिसी के अंतर्गत 10 रुपए घटाती हैं, तो खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: best manufacturers facing problems due to adulterated stock

New Delhi, 19 January (NNS): The wholesale prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level due to the weak demand during the review week, whereas, the prices of liquid milk gained to R 56/57 per litre during the previous days. The supply of liquid milk reduced by 10 lakh litres to 2.38/2.40 crore litres. However, the availability of liquid milk reported to be high  as compared to the previous year, but the prices may not show downfall on seeing the weddings during the next month. The main thing is that the morale of the best manufactures showed downfall due to the selling of adulterated stock at the lower level and the adulterated stock has been selling out for the cemeteries and the Prasad.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल से बढ़िया निर्माता को दिक्कत

नई दिल्ली, 19 जनवरी (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह देसी घी के भाव थोक में ग्राहकी कमजोर होने से टिके रहे, जबकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी पिछले दिनों बढ़कर 56/57 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर घटकर 2.38/2.40 करोड़ लीटर रह गई है। हालांकि पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक है, लेकिन अगले महीने शादियों को देखकर मंदा नहीं लग रहा है। यह बात जरूर है कि मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं का मनोबल टूट गया है, यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर खुलेआम बिक रहे हैं।
