New Delhi, 08 January (NNS): Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder seems constant because this year, the milk powder of South India has been selling at the higher rates. However, the availability of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the decrement in the temperature and it is expected that the production of milk powder will increase in the plants during the current month and the enquiry seems high in milk powder of North India as the stock of South India has been available at the higher rates. Presently, the prices of premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 295/308 per kg due to the increment in the production. It is expected that the market may increase in the near future.

दूध पाउडर-व्यापार में लाभ मिलेगा

नई दिल्ली, 8 जनवरी (एनएनएस) आज दूध पाउडर में लोकल एवं चालानी मांग रही क्योंकि साउथ के दूध पाउडर इस बार महंगे बिक रहे हैं। हालांकि मौसम का तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि और बढ़ गई है तथा संभावना यह है कि चालू माह में प्लान्टों दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में और वृद्धि हो जाएगी, तथापि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे होने से उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों की पूछ परख बढ़ गई है। फिलहाल उत्पादन बढ़ने से कंपनियों ने दूध पाउडर के बढ़े भाव पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो टिके हुए हैं। निकट भविष्य में और तेजी लग रही है।

Desi ghee: possibility of more uptrend

New Delhi, 08 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2.50 crore litres on daily basis in North India during the current week, but now, huge amount of liquid milk has been consuming in both the chilling plants and the desi ghee plants. Apart from this, the full fledged plants have been started running. The prices of liquid  milk have been ruling at Rs 52/54 per kg, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling between Rs 8700/8925 per tin. Here, the premium quality stock also selling at Rs 8600/8800 per tin. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, in these circumstances, the market may decrease after some time during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी और बढ़त संभव

नई दिल्ली, 8 जनवरी (एनएनएस) चालू सप्ताह में उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मामूली सुस्ती पर 2.50 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हुई , लेकिन अभी भी लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी 52/54 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए हैं। इस वजह से चालू सप्ताह में कंपनियों में देशी घी के भाव 8700/8925 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके रहे हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8600/8800 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिकने लगे हैं। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी कुछ दिन ठहर कर और मंदे की उम्मीद दिखाई दे रही है।
