New Delhi, 02 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be high in North India, despite this, both the local and upcountry demand has been increasing, due to this, the prices of milk powder improved by Rs 5 per kg. The wholesale selling of weddings will increase after makar sankranti. However, the full fledged plants have been started running and around 2.5 crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply on daily basis, but the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the markets of North India as the milk powder reported to be at the higher level, on seeing these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase, but the prices may increase after some time. The companies of cow milk powder of Maharashtra also quoting at the higher demand due to the demand from the exporters. Therefore, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- ठहरकर फिर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 2 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने के बावजूद लोकल एवं चलानी मांग निकलने से दूध पाउडर के भाव गत 5 रुपए बढ़ गए थे। शादियों की थोक बिक्री मकर संक्रांति के बाद निकलने लगेगी। हालांकि प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं, लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2.50 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, लेकिन साउथ का दूध पाउडर ऊंचा होने से वहां के माल के पड़ते उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में नहीं लग रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए आगे दूध पाउडर में और बढ़ने की संभावना है, लेकिन थोड़ा ठहराव के बाद ही तेजी आएगी। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की मांग से मजबूत बोलने लगी है। अत: स्टाक हेतु खरीदना चाहिए ।

Desi ghee: no possibility of downfall

New Delhi, 02 January (NNS): There were around 2.40 crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply on daily basis in the plants of North India, due to this, the production has been increasing constantly in the plants. Now, the production may increase rapidly in the current month. The supply of raw milk may increase in the chilling plants. The companies have gained the prices of premium quality by Rs 150 to Rs 8575/8775 per quintal due to the higher demand in the markets despite the higher production because huge amount of stock has already been sold out in the companies. The government should have to control the sale of butter and adulterated stock of ghee. Its prices also ruling at Rs 6000/6500 per tin, whereas, the stock of nominal brand has been selling at Rs 7000/7200 per quintal in thikana reach.

देसी घी-अब मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2.40 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है, जिससे अब प्लांटों में उत्पादन तेजी से बढ़ने लगा है। अभी चालू माह में उत्पादन जोरों पर रहेगा।  चिलिंग प्लांटों में भी कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है। उत्पादन बढ़ने के बावजूद मंडियों में ग्राहकी निकलने से कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए प्रति किलो यानी 150 रुपए प्रति टीन और बढ़ाकर पिछले दिनों 8575/8775 रुपए प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के कर दिए। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि कंपनियों के थोक में काफी माल बिके हुए हैं। मानव हित में नकली बटर एवं मिलावटी घी पर सरकार को सख्ती करनी चाहिए। यह माल 6000/6500 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 7000/7200 रुपए गुपचुप में ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहा है।
