New Delhi, 01 January (NNS): The upcountry demand of milk powder showed uptrend because the milk powder of south has been selling at the higher level. However, the availability of liquid milk reported to be high due to the downfall in the weather conditions and it is expected that the production of milk powder may increase in the plants during the current month and the milk powder of south India has been selling at the higher level, due to this, the enquiry from the exporters have been increasing. Presently, the premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs280/298 per kg due to the increment in the production. The prices may not increase in the near future.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 1 जनवरी (एनएनएस) आज दूध पाउडर में चालानी मांग सुधर गई क्योंकि साउथ के दूध पाउडर इस बार महंगे बिक रहे हैं। हालांकि मौसम का तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि और बढ़ गई है तथा संभावना यह है कि चालू माह में प्लान्टों दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में और वृद्धि हो जाएगी, तथापि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे होने से उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों की पूछ परख बढ़ गई है। फिलहाल उत्पादन बढ़ने से कंपनियों ने दूध पाउडर के बढ़े भाव पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 280/298 रुपए प्रति किलो टिके हुए हैं। निकट भविष्य में मंदी नहीं लग रही है।

Desi ghee: no possibility of downfall

New Delhi, 01 January (NNS):  The supply of liquid milk reported to be nominal to around 2.40 crore litres in North India during the current week, but today also, huge amount of the liquid milk has been consuming in the plants of desi ghee and the chilling plants and most of the plants have been started running constantly. The prices of liquid milk have been ruling at Rs 51/53 per kg, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee at Rs8600/8775 per tin in the current week. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also selling at Rs 8500/8700 per tine. The adulterated stock of desi ghee also selling rapidly in the markets, in these circumstances, the prices may decrease after some time during the coming days.

देसी घी-अब मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 जनवरी (एनएनएस) चालू सप्ताह में उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मामूली सुस्ती पर 2.40 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हुई, लेकिन अभी भी लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी 51/53 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए हैं। इस वजह से चालू सप्ताह में कंपनियों में देशी घी के भाव 8600/8775 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके रहे हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8500/8700 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिकने लगे हैं। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी कुछ दिन ठहर कर और मंदे की उम्मीद दिखाई दे रही है।
