New Delhi, 30 December (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk reduced to 2.5 crore litres to 1.25 crore litres due to the severe cold weather in North India, due to this reason,  the companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at the strong level. The reality is that the consumption of milk powder will remain constant in January and the consumption of liquid milk increases before 4 days of makar sankranti. The milk powder of South India has not been available at the lower level, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices at the current level. The premium quality milk powder has been selling at Rs 280/295 per kg and it is profitable to trade at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 30 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कड़ाके की सर्दी पड़ने से आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति ढाई करोड़ लीटर से घटकर सवा दो करोड़ लीटर रह गई, जिस कारण कंपनियां भी दूध पाउडर के भाव अंदरुनी मजबूत बोलने लगी है। वास्तविकता यह है कि जनवरी में दूध पाउडर की खपत रहेगी, मकर संक्रांति के 4 दिन पहले से ही लिक्विड दूध की खपत बढ़ जाती है। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर सस्ता मिल नहीं रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अब घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 280/295 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इसमें व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: higher buying from the stockists

New Delhi, 30 December (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2.25 crore litres in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, on seeing this, some big companies are selling the stock at the lower level. Today, the companies are facing a lot of hurdles in purchasing the stock of liquid milk and incentives also have to increase in some area, due to this reason, the companies are not selling the further deals on seeing the production cost. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8500/8600 per tin, whereas, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 8575/8775 per quintal and it is profitable to trade at the current level and the prices may not decrease even the prices have not showed long uptrend.

देसी घी-स्टाकिस्टों की लिवाली बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 30 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 2.25 करोड़ लीटर आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति हुई है, इसे देखकर कुछ बड़ी कंपनियां घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं है। लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में आज कंपनियों को थोड़ी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में बढ़ाना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 8500/8600 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि कंपनियां 8575/8775 रुपए बोल रही है तथा इन भावों में एक बार व्यापार करना चाहिए, भले ही लंबी तेजी नहीं आए, लेकिन अब मंदा समाप्त समझना चाहिए।
