New Delhi, 29 December (NNS): The companies have increased the prices of premium quality desi ghee by Rs 75 to Rs 8575/8775 per tin due to the strong demand from the stockist at the lower level during the previous days. Its prices also ruling at the higher level in the markets. The market may show more downfall on seeing the demand. Although, the supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in UP, Haryana, Punjab and Haryana, due to this reason, the amount of fats seems high in the companies. The stock has been selling at the under rate in the companies as compared to the companies. Here, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling at the current rates, due to this reason, the market may show uptrend. The amount of fats improved by 17/18 percent in the plants of UP and Haryana.  The venus combustion will be constant till 30^th January and then, the wedding season will start.

देसी घी-मंदे की धारणा समाप्त

नई दिल्ली, 29 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह के नीचे भावों में स्टॉकिस्टों की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 75 रुपए बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8575/8775 रुपए प्रति टीन कंपनियों ने कर दिए। बाजारों में भी इसी अनुपात में बढ़त लिए व्यापार हुआ। आगे ग्राहकी को देखते हुए मंदा समाप्त लग रहा है। यद्यपि यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण फैट भी अब कंपनियों में बढ़ गया है। कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में माल बाजार में बिकने लगे हैं। इधर मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ले से बिक रहा है, इस वजह से बाजार में धीरे-धीरे तेजी आएगी। यूपी हरियाणा के प्लांटों में फैट का स्टॉक 17-18 प्रतिशत  बढ़ गया है। आगे 30 जनवरी तक शुक्र अस्त चल रहा है, जिससे शादियां उसके बाद ही होगी।

Milk powder: downfall in the future

New Delhi, 29 December (NNS): The amount of fats seems high in liquid milk as compared to before and it seems high after the downfall in the temperature. The consumption has already been over before two months in North India. The milk powder of North India has been exporting along with Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. The stock of milk powder has been started increasing in North India. The full fledged plants of powder plants have been running, but its prices improved by Rs 5 to Rs 280/298 per kg due to the strong demand from the stockists in the weekend after the heavy downfall and in January, the consumption may increase, due to this, the upcountry demand reported to be at the higher level. Therefore, the prices may not show downfall during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-भविष्य में मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 29 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध फैट की मात्रा पहले की अपेक्षा काफी बढ़ गई है, सर्दी बढ़ने पर स्वाभाविक रूप से बढ़ जाती है। उत्तर भारत में 2 माह पहले ही पूरे हो चुके थे। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु के साथ-साथ उत्तर भारत का भी मिल्क पाउडर निर्यात में जा रहा है। दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक उत्तर भारत में धीरे-धीरे बढ़ता जा रहा है। पाउडर प्लांट भी फुल फ्लैश चलने चल रहे हैं, लेकिन भारी मंदे के बाद सप्ताहांत में दूध पाउडर में स्टाकिस्टों की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 5 रुपए की बढ़त पर 280/298 रुपए भाव हो गए तथा जनवरी में खपत कुछ बढ़ जाएगी, जिससे चालानी मांग भी बढ़ गई है। अत: दूध पाउडर में आगे मंदे की धारणा समाप्त हो गई है।
