New Delhi, 22 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be increase to 2.5-2.6 crore litres on daily basis during the review week, due to this, the production went up to1625/1650 tonnes regularly. On the other hand, the adulteration stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly, due to this reason, the sale of best quality Desi ghee showed downfall. The caterers and the confectioners are purchasing the stock of adulterated desi ghee of the higher prices of pure stock. Here, no new consuming festival will be there in the near future, due to this reason, the companies have reduced the prices by Rs 150 per tin during the end of the week and today, its prices reached to Rs 8600/8850 per quintal, the seeing circumstances, the trade should be done as per the needs.

देसी घी-अभी और मंदा संभव

नई दिल्ली, 22 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 2.5-2.6 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक के नजदीक पहुंच गई, जिससे उत्तर भारत में देसी घी का उत्पादन बढ़कर 1625-1650 टन दैनिक हो गया। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देशी घी अभी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री घट गई है। हलवाई तथा कैटरिंग वाले मिलावटी देसी घी की खरीद कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि उसमें उनको पड़ता लग रहा है। इधर अतिरिक्त व्रत त्यौहार निकट में नहीं है, जिस कारण कंपनियों ने पिछले सप्ताह 150 रुपए प्रति टीन सप्ताह के अंत में घटा दिए तथा आज 8600/8850 रुपए प्रति टीन कर दिए, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए, इसमें जरूरत का ही व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Milk powder: should purchase the stock constantly

New Delhi, 22 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced by Rs 3 per kg during the review week because of the higher supply, but the prices of cow milk powder reported to be ruling at the higher level, due to this, the prices of milk powder remained strong at Rs 275/293 per kg. The reality is that the buying seems nominal from the stockists. Now the production has been started increasing constantly, on seeing this, the trade should not be done at the higher level. The stock should be purchase after sometime for the storage because of the risk in these prices.

दूध पाउडर-खरीदते बेचते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 22 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने से 3 रुपए क्वालिटी अनुसार दूध में मंदा रहा है, लेकिन कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर महंगा हो जाने से उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के भाव 275/293 रुपए प्रति किलो पर मजबूती लिए टिके रहे। वास्तविकता यह है कि इन भावों में स्टॉकिस्टों की छिटपुट लिवाली बनी रही। अभी उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, इसे देखते हुए अभी तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। स्टॉक के लिए कुछ दिन इंतजार करना ठीक रहेगा, क्योंकि इन भावों में अभी रिस्क दिखाई दे रहा है।
