New Delhi, 17 December (NNS): There were around 78.25 lakh tonnes of sugar reported to produce in the country. The prices of sugar mill delivery and spot sugar remained sluggish at Rs 3900/4130 and Rs 4250/4400 per quintal respectively owing o the weak demand and constant selling from the mills amid higher production. In Mumbai, sugar S-grade and M-grade prices also have been quoted at Rs 3822/3900 and Rs 3902/4010 per quintal respectively because of the feeble demand. There is no possibility of more increment in the prices on seeing the feeble demand. Apart from this, the market may likely to move in the limited area in the coming one or two days.

चीनी-ज्यादा मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 17 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) देश में चालू सीजनके दौरान अभी तक 78.25 लाख टन के लगभग हो चुका है।उत्पादन अधिक होने के कारण मिलों की बिकवाली आने एवं मांग घटने के कारण चीनी  मिल डिलीवरी के भाव 3900/4130 रुपए तथा हाजिर के भाव 4250/4400 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल सुस्त रहे। मुंबई में मांग घटने से चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव 3822/3900 रूपये तथा एम ग्रेड के भाव 3902/4010रूपये प्रति क्विटंल बोले  गए। कमज़ोर मांग को देखते हुए आगामी दिनों में इसमें तेज़ी की संभावना कम है। बाजार सीमित दायरे में घूमता रह सकता है।
