New Delhi, 15 December (NNS): The companies have increased the prices of desi ghee by Rs 140/150 per tin during the previous week, but this increment seems illegitimate. Now, this is the peak production season of desi ghee. On the other hand, the extra consumption may decrease after the wedding season, in these circumstances, the procurement of desi ghee will be profitable as per the needs. We believe that the buying of liquid milk seems competitive during the last one week , but the amount of fats have been started increasing due to the colder weather, in these circumstances, the current prices have been ruling at the higher level during the coming days.

देसी घी-वर्तमान में नाजायज तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 15 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) पिछले सप्ताह कंपनियों ने 140/150 रुपए प्रति टीन तक देसी घी के भाव बढ़ा दिए थे, लेकिन यह तेजी नाजायज लग रही है। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन का पीक सीजन चल रहा है। दूसरी ओर कुछ दिन शादियों के बाद अतिरिक्त खपत घट जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी, जरूरत के अनुसार ही खरीदना लाभदायक रहेगा। हम मानते हैं कि आलोच्य सप्ताह के अंतराल लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा रही है, लेकिन सर्दी बढ़ने से फैट की मात्रा बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव ऊंचे लग रहे हैं।

Milk powder: no time for the storage

New Delhi, 15 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be high in the plants of MP, Rajasthan, UP, Haryana and Punjab, but the milk powder of South India has been selling at the higher rates, due to this reason, here, the companies are quoting the stock at the previous rates, despite this, the plant is likely to operate for a longer time period this time, on seeing this, the traders should wait for the storage. Presently, the premium quality milk powder also ruling between Rs 290/305 per kg, whereas, the stock of whey powder and maltodextric also quoting at Rs 220/250 per kg. Therefore, the trade of milk powder will be profitable at the current rates.

दूध पाउडर-अभी स्टॉक का समय नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गई है, लेकिन दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले से उत्तर भारत में आकर ऊंचे बिक रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि यहां की कंपनियां भी पुराने भाव पर बोल रही हैं, इन सब के बावजूद भी इस बार प्लांट देर तक चलने की संभावना है, इसे देखते हुए अभी स्टॉक के लिए प्रतीक्षा करना चाहिए। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 290/305 रु प्रति किलो के बीच चल रहे हैं, जबकि वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 220 से 250 रु के बीच बोल रहे हैं। अत: अभी मजूरी का व्यापार ही लाभदायक रहेगा।
