New Delhi, 12 December (NNS): The companies are selling the stock of milk powder after the decrement of Rs 275/285 per kg during the previous days. Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder seems weak as comparatively from the last two days. On the other hand, the exporters are purchasing less amount of cow milk powder stock. The reality is that the delivery of the sold stock seems constant but its delivery has already been over and the consumption of paush month reported to be over. The demand of milk powder does not seems favourable at the higher level in the international markets, due to which, the selling of Maharashtra’s stock seems weak, in these circumstances, the market of milk powder may decrease after some time.

दूध पाउडर-अभी कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में पिछले दिनों कंपनियों द्वारा  घटाकर बिकवाली किए जाने से 275/285 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव हो गए हैं। गत दो दिनों से लोकल एवं चालानी मावा निर्माताओं की मांग में अपेक्षाकृत कमी आ गई है। उधर निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर कम खरीद कर रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि पहले बिके हुए मालों की डिलीवरी चल रही थी, वह पूरी हो चुकी है तथा पौष मास में खपत ज्यादा नहीं है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव पर मांग अनुकूल नहीं है, जिससे महाराष्ट्र के माल भी कम जा रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ दिन ठहरने के बाद ही घटेगा।

Desi ghee: should trade as per the needs

New Delhi, 12 December (NNS): The prices of des ghee reduced by Rs 150 per kg during the last one week, here, its prices also ruling between Rs 8900/9150 per tin, but the prices reported to be at the higher level in the markets, due to which, the trade should not be done at the higher level, but the market remained stable at the same level and the market may decrease during the near future. It is expected that the market may increase by Rs 10 per kg, but it should not be done at the higher level Presently, there is no logic of uptrend in the prices because the availability of liquid milk reported to be high and the adulterants seems active at the current level.

देसी घी-अभी जरूरत का व्यापार करिए

नई दिल्ली, 12 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) हालांकि देशी घी में पिछले एक सप्ताह के अंतराल 150 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट पर यहां भाव 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीम पर आ गए हैं, लेकिन अभी भी भाव यह ऊंचे वाले ही लग रहे हैं, जिससे तेजी का व्यापार तो नहीं करना चाहिए, लेकिन कुछ दिन बाजार यहां ठहरेगा, यहां से मंदा आने में अभी समय लगेगा। हो सकता है कंपनियां बाजार को चलाने के लिए 10 रुपए प्रति किलो यहां से बढ़ा दें, लेकिन बढ़े भाव में फंसना नहीं है। फिलहाल तेजी का कोई लॉजिक नहीं है क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि भरपूर है तथा मिलावटी करने वाले पूरी तरह सक्रिय बने हुए है।
