New Delhi, 08 December (NNS): Presently, huge amount of liquid milk has been available in the powder plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, due to this reason, the full fledged plants hgave been running at the current level and the production of the stock also started increasing constantly. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly, due to which, the prices of desi ghee also being quoted at Rs 8800/9150 per tin, but the buying seems weak in these prices. Now, the trade should be done as per the needs and the traders are storing the stock of January and February. The inferior quality stock also selling at Rs 6000/7500 per tin, due to this reason, the market may decrease during the coming days.

देसी घी-आगे घटने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 8 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के पाउडर प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है, जिस कारण फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चल रहे हैं तथा उत्पादन भी लगातार बढ़ रहा है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी भी खूब धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, जिससे प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 8800/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रहे हैं, लेकिन इन भावों में कोई लिवाली नहीं है। अभी जरूरत का व्यापार हो रहा है, स्टॉक के लिए कारोबारी जनवरी-फरवरी का माल स्टॉक करते हैं। नीचे वाले माल 6000/7500 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण अभी धीरे-धीरे बाजार आगे मंदा लग रहा है।

Milk powder: no trade of increment

New Delhi, 08 December (NNS): This year, the prices of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level in Maharashtra and tamil Nadu, due to this reason, the prices of buffalo milk of  North India will not show decrement, but the production of milk powder will reported to be high for two months on seeing the ongoing peak season of production and the consumption will remain weak as there will no weddings for the coming one and a half month, on seeing these circumstances, there will be no extra consumption in the near future. The prices of milk powder have been ruling at the lower level in the international markets, due to this, the export does not gets support, on seeing these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may decrease by Rs 15/20 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-तेजी का व्यापार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 8 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु का दूध पाउडर इस बार महंगा चल रहा है, जिस कारण उत्तर भारत के भैंस वाले दूध पाउडर भी ज्यादा अब टूटने वाले नहीं है, लेकिन अभी उत्पादन का पीक सीजन चलने से 2 महीने तक दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन उत्तर भारत में और अधिक हो जाएगा तथा ठीक डेढ़ महीने तक शादियां नहीं होने से अतिरिक्त खपत नहीं रहेगी। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी दूध पाउडर के नीचे भाव होने से निर्यात का समर्थन नहीं मिल रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अभी 15-20 रुपए प्रति किलो की और गिरावट लग रही है।
