New Delhi, 05 December (NNS): The availability of liquid milk reported to be high in milch cattle because its production reported to be high in North India. The stock of cow milk powder has been exporting to Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. The stock of milk powder has been increasing constantly in North India. The full fledged plants have been started running and the weddings will remain two to four days, due to this, the upcountry demand showed downfall. Therefore, the prices of milk powder may show downfall. Presently, the premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 275/288 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-भविष्य में मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 5 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि पहले की अपेक्षा काफी बढ़ गई है, क्योंकि उनके ब्यांत उत्तर भारत में पूरे हो चुके हैं। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर निर्यात में जा रहा है। दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक उत्तर भारत में धीरे-धीरे बढ़ता जा रहा है। पाउडर प्लांट भी फुल फ्लैश चलने चलने लगे हैं तथा शादियां दो-चार दिन रह गई है, जिससे चालानी मांग घट गई है। अत: दूध पाउडर में  आगे मंदे की धारणा बन गई है। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 275/288 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव चल रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: arrival pressure of the stock

New Delhi, 05 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be high in UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee showed downfall as the fats seems high in the companies, due to this, the stock has been started selling in the markets in under rate as compared to the companies. Here, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly and the consumption season  has already been over, in these circumstances, the companies of desi ghee have been quoting at Rs 8800/9150 per tin and the prices may decrease by Rs 500 per quintal. The stock of fats improved by 17/18 percent in the plants of UP and Haryana. The wedding will remain till 12^th December, after this, there will be the combustion of venus, so that there will be no weddings.

देसी घी-स्टाक प्रेशर बना

नई दिल्ली, 5 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण फैट भी अब कंपनियों में बढ़ने से देसी घी में मंदे का दौर चल रहा है, इस वजह से कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में माल बाजार में बिकने लगे हैं। इधर मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ले से बिक रहा है तथा अतिरिक्त खपत का सीजन समाप्त हो गया है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो देसी भी कंपनियां 8800/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रही है, इसमें 500 रुपए की और गिरावट लग रही है। यूपी हरियाणा के प्लांटों में फैट का स्टॉक 17-18 प्रतिशत  बढ़ गया है। आगे केवल 12 दिसंबर तक ही शादियां है, उसके बाद 30 जनवरी तक शुक्र अस्त हो जाएगा जिससे शादियां नहीं होगी।
